الندوة الوطنية الأولى عن حماية الأطفال من كافة أشكال العنف

The unit endeavours to protect children and women from all forms of violence and abuse by:
تعمل الوحدة على حماية ووقائية الطفل والمرأة من كافة أشكال العنف والتعديات من خلال:

Article 19 requires States to take all appropriate measures to protect children from all forms of violence, abuse, neglect and maltreatment, including sexual abuse while in the care of parents or legal guardians;
وتقضي المادة 19 بأن تتخذ الدول جميع التدابير المناسبة لحماية الأطفال من كافة أشكال العنف والإساءة والإهمال وسوء المعاملة بما في ذلك الإساءة الجنسية بينما هم في رعاية الوالدين أو الأوصياء القانونيين؛

1. The legislation in force to protect women against the incidence of all kinds of violence in everyday life (including sexual violence, abuses in the family, sexual harassment at the workplace, etc.);

4. First national seminar on protection of children against all forms of violence, organized in cooperation with UNICEF
4- الندوة الوطنية الأولى لحماية الأطفال من كافة أشكال العنف بالتعاون مع اليونيسيف

Article 3 of the Children's Code, which ensures the protection of children from all forms of violence, harm, physical, mental or sexual abuse, neglect, dereliction or other ill-treatment or exploitation.
المادة 3 من قانون الطفل التي تضمن حماية الطفل من كافة أشكال العنف أو الضرر أو الإساءة البدنية أو المعنوية أو الجنسية أو الإهمال أو التقصير أو غير ذلك من أشكال إساءة المعاملة والاستغلال.

A number of delegations expressed their appreciation for UNICEF efforts to strengthen gender mainstreaming and emphasized that it is crucial to ensure that girls and boys have equal access to rights and are equally protected from all forms of violence.
79 - وعبر عدد من الوفود عن تقديرهم لجهود اليونيسيف الرامية إلى تعزيز تعميم المنظور الجنساني وشدد على الأهمية البالغة لكفالة تمتع البنات والصبيان بالمساواة في الحقوق والحماية من كافة أشكال العنف.

:: Protecting women from all forms of violence, facilitating their access to justice and upholding their rights, with particular reference to marginalized women in the Gaza Strip, East Jerusalem, rural areas and areas adjacent to the wall; in particular, redoubling efforts to safeguard women from repression at the hands of the oppression and the impact of the occupation, with a particular focus on female prisoners in Israeli jails;
:: حماية المرأة من كافة أشكال العنف ، وتسهيل وصولها للعدالة وحصولها على حقوقها، لا سيما النساء الأكثر عرضة للتهميش في المناطق الريفية وفي المناطق المحاذية للجدار وفي القدس الشرقية وقطاع غزة، والعمل بشكل خاص على حماية النساء من قمع وممارسات الاحتلال خاصة الأسيرات في سجون الاحتلال.

309. The state has paid special attention to raising awareness levels with regards to protecting children from all forms of violence and has put in place mechanisms within public institutions to confront such offences.
310- وقد اهتمت الدولة برفع الوعي لحماية الأطفال من كافة أشكال العنف وأقامت آليات في هياكل الدولة للتصدي لمثل هذه الجرائم.

2. Sensitize all segments of society to the need to protect children from all forms of violence, abuse, exploitation and neglect, with an emphasis on female circumcision;
2- رفع وعي المجتمع بكل شرائحه لقضايا حماية الأطفال من كافة أشكال العنف والإساءة والاستغلال والإهمال مع التركيز على قضية ختان الإناث؛

This includes guaranteeing comprehensive and inclusive services that address the lifelong needs of women and girls in all their diversity to ensure full protection of their human rights, including sexual and reproductive rights and the right to live a life free from all forms of violence, coercion, stigma and discrimination;
وهذا يتضمن كفالة خدمات شاملة للجميع تستهدف معالجة احتياجات النساء والفتيات طوال العمر، لضمان الحماية التامة لحقوقهن الإنسانية، بما فيها الحقوق الجنسية والإنجابية والحق في التمتع بحياة خالية من كافة أشكال العنف والإكراه والوصم والتمييز؛

Article 10 of the Charter specifically addresses violence against women and states that “women shall be entitled to security and integrity of the person, which shall include the right to be free from all forms of violence everywhere”.
وتتناول المادة ٠١ من الميثاق بالتحديد العنف ضد المرأة وتنص على " أن من حق المرأة أن تتمتع باﻷمان والسلامة الجسدية، وعلى أن هذا الحق يشمل حق التحرر من كافة أشكال العنف في كل مكان " .

(i) The National Council for Child Welfare, in cooperation with UNICEF, the Geneva Institute for Human Rights and the League of Arab States, held the first ever national seminar on protecting children from all forms of violence.
9- أقام المجلس القومي لرعاية الطفولة بالتعاون مع منظمة اليونيسيف ومعهد جنيف لحقوق الإنسان وجامعة الدول العربية (الندوة الوطنية الأولى عن حماية الأطفال من كافة أشكال العنف).

Children are protected against all forms of violence and neglect by Sudanese legislative acts, including the Criminal Code of 1991, chapter XIV of which protects children against cruel treatment and harm and guarantees their health care.
والتشريعات السودانية تحمي الأطفال من كافة أشكال العنف والإهمال ومنها القانون الجنائي لسنة 1991 (الباب الرابع عشر) الذي يحمي الطفل من المعاملة القاسية والإيذاء ويضمن لـه الرعاية الصحية.

(2) Sensitize all segments of society to the issue of protecting children against all forms of violence, abuse, exploitation and neglect, with an emphasis on FGM;
(2) رفع وعي المجتمع بكل شرائحه لقضايا حماية الأطفال من كافة أشكال العنف والإساءة والاستغلال والإهمال مع التركيز على قضية ختان الإناث؛

61. UNICEF also indicated an improvement in child mortality figures and that some progress has been made to protect children against all forms of violence.
61- وأشار صندوق الأمم المتحدة للطفولة أيضاً إلى تحسن الأرقام المتعلقة بوفيات الأطفال وإلى إحراز قدر من التقدم لحماية الأطفال من كافة أشكال العنف(119).
