In particular, it recommends that the Committee amend paragraph 6 (i) of its guidelines so that the names of individuals identified as dead are automatically reviewed each year, along with any listings selected by the Committee from the pool of entries that have not been updated in four years or more, unless a Committee member specifically requests that the name of a reportedly dead person be removed from consideration.
