1.5.1.2 The objective of these Regulations is to protect persons, property and the environment from the effects of radiation during the transport of radioactive material.

Provided the competent authority is satisfied that conformity with the Class 7 provisions of these Regulations is impracticable and that the requisite standards of safety established by these Regulations have been demonstrated through alternative means the competent authority may approve special arrangement transport operations for single or a planned series of multiple consignments.
وشريطة أن تقتنع السلطة المختصة بأن الامتثال لأحكام الرتبة 7 من هذه اللائحة غير عملي وأن المعايير الضرورية للأمان التي تحددها هذه اللائحة قد أثبتت من خلال وسائل بديلة، يجوز للسلطة المختصة أن تعتمد ترتيبات خاصة لعمليات نقل شحنة وحيدة أو سلسلة من الشحنات المتعددة المعتزم نقلها.

Article 20 of this Regulation provides that “the apprehended person may meet with the lawyer at any time and in an environment where others will not hear the conversation”.
37- وتنص المادة 20 من هذه اللائحة على أنه " يجوز للشخص الموقوف الاجتماع بمحامٍ في أي وقت وفي مكان لا يسمع فيه آخرون المحادثة " .

1. Where applicable, the provisions of Articles 1, 2 and 3 of these Regulations shall apply to vehicles with sliding sheets.
1- تنطبق أحكام المواد 1 و2 و3 من هذه اللائحة على المركبات ذات الأغلفة المنزلقة، حيثما كان هذا التطبيق ممكناً.

1. Where applicable, the provisions of Articles 1, 2, 3 and 4 of these Regulations shall apply to containers with sliding sheets.

[T]he Director-General may pay up to 100 per cent of the income from the sale of publications, including related royalties and fees, into a Publications Revolving Fund in accordance with Rules to be established for the Fund under article 40 of these Regulations.

(h) measures to ensure that the security of the distribution of the transport information is limited as far as possible. (Such measures shall not preclude provision of transport documentation required by Chapter 5.4 of these Regulations).

2. The sliding sheets, floor, doors and all other constituent parts of the load compartment shall fulfill either the requirements in Article 3, paragraphs 6, 8, 9 and 11 of these Regulations or the requirements set out in (i) to (vi) below.
2- تستوفي الأغلفة المنزلقة والأرضية والأبواب وسائر الأجزاء المكونة لمقصورة الشحن إما الاشتراطات الواردة في الفقرات 6 و8 و9 و11 من المادة 3 من هذه اللائحة وإما الاشتراطات المبينة في الفقرات الفرعية `1` إلى `6` أدناه.

2. The sliding sheets, floor, doors and all other constituent parts of the container shall fulfill either the requirements in Article 4, paragraphs 6, 8, 9 and 11 of these Regulations or the requirements set out in (i) to (vi) below.
2- تستوفي الأغلفة المنزلقة والأرضية والأبواب وسائر الأجزاء المكونة للحاوية إما الاشتراطات الواردة في الفقرات 6 و8 و9 و11 من المادة 4 من هذه اللائحة وإما الاشتراطات المبينة في الفقرات الفرعية `1` إلى `6` أدناه.

" Inner packagings containing liquids shall be packaged with their closures upward and placed within outer packagings consistent with the orientation markings prescribed in 5.2.1.6 of these Regulations. " .
" وتعبَّأ العبوات الداخلية التي تحتوي على سوائل بحيث تكون وسائل إغلاقها موجهة نحو الأعلى وبحيث توضع في عبوات خارجية بما يتفق مع علامات الاتجاه المبينة في الفقرة 5-2-1-6 من هذه اللائحة. " .

" (6) The completed package shall be capable of successfully passing the drop test in 6.3.2.5 as specified in 6.3.2.2 to 6.3.2.4 of these Regulations at a height of 1.2 m.

- تقدِّم إلى حكومة جمهورية طاجيكستان مشاريع القوانين والأنظمة التي يصدرها رئيس الجمهورية أو الحكومة والوثائق الأخرى التي تتطلب قراراً من الحكومة بشأن المسائل الداخلة في نطاق اختصاص اللجنة وأنشطتها حسبما هو وارد في الفقرة 1 من هذه اللائحة التنظيمية، فضلاً عن مشروع خطة عمل وتوقعات لأنشطة اللجنة؛

An alien to whom any of the conditions referred to in article 4 of this Regulation applies shall be returned, at his own expense and, whenever possible, by the same method of conveyance as that by which he arrived, or by another method, at a cost to be determined by the driver or pilot or the owner of, or agent for, the said means of transport.
يعاد الأجنبي الذي تحققت فيه حالة من الحالات المشار إليها في المادة (4) من هذه اللائحة على نفقته الخاصة وبذات الوسيلة التي أقلته كلما أمكن ذلك أو بوسيلة أخرى يكلف بتحديدها قائد وسيلة النقل أو مالكها أو وكيلها.
