CRIC 7 concluded that alignment of action programmes with The Strategy would facilitate implementation, monitoring and application of the new reporting guidelines.

17. Taking into account the recommendations of the final report of CRIC 9, as outlined in section II.A above, the secretariat supported a series of subregional workshops in 2011 that focused on promoting alignment of action programmes with The Strategy.

They call for both financial and technical support for the Alignment of the action programmes with the objectives of The Strategy, and for better responsiveness by Convention institutions and bodies to the needs relating to the implementation of the NAPs to be reflected in the respective work plans of the Convention institutions.
وتدعو الأطرافُ إلى تقديم دعم مالي وتقني على السواء من أجل مواءمة برامج العمل مع أهداف الاستراتيجية، كما تدعو إلى استجابة مؤسسات الاتفاقية وهيئاتها استجابةً أفضل للاحتياجات ذات الصلة بتنفيذ برامج العمل الوطنية، وإلى مراعاة ذلك في خطط عمل كل مؤسسة من مؤسسات الاتفاقية.
