وإذا شرع في اتخاذ اجراءات التأهيل، توفر الجهة المشترية مجموعة من وثائق الالتماس لكل مورد أو مقاول تم تأهيله ودفَع الثمن المقرر لتلك الوثائق، إن وجد، ولا يمثل الثمن الذي يجوز للجهة المشترية أن تتقاضاه لقاء وثائق التماس العطاءات سوى تكاليف طباعتها وتوفيرها للموردين أو المقاولين.
