ونؤكد هنا مجددا على موقفنا المتمثل في عدم جواز إخفاء أي اتفاق يبرمه جهاز فرعي من أجهزة مجلس الأمن عن أعضائه.

We reaffirm our position that achievement of the universality of the safeguards system must be considered a priority task by the Agency.
ونؤكد مجددا موقفنا المتمثل في أن تعتبر الوكالة تحقيق عالمية نظام الضمانات من المهام ذات الأولوية.

In this regard, we restate our position for a solution which guarantees the Palestinian people's legitimate right, as well the right of all States in the region, to live within secure and universally recognized boundaries.

Japan understands that both Tribunals have been continuing their efforts to ensure the completion of all trials by the end of 2010. We reiterate our position that both the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) should be strongly encouraged to achieve their completion strategies by exploring all necessary and appropriate measures.
