5 - تشدد على الحاجة لأن يتجلى في جداول الأنصبة المقررة المقبلة المبدأ القائل بأن نفقات المنظمة ينبغي تقسيمها على نحو يتناسب عامة مع القدرة على الدفع؛

In addition, the Committee recalled that in its resolution 58/1 B the General Assembly had requested it, in accordance with its mandate and the rules of procedure of the Assembly, to continue to review the methodology of future scales of assessments on the basis of the principle that the expenses of the Organization shall be apportioned broadly according to capacity to pay.
وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، ذكرت اللجنة بأن الجمعية العامة طلبت إليها، في قرارها 58/1 باء، أن تواصل، وفقا لولايتها والنظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، استعراض منهجية جداول الأنصبة المقررة المقبلة استنادا إلى المبدأ الذي يقضي بأن تقسّم نفقات المنظمة على نحو يتناسب عامة مع القدرة على الدفع.

In addition, the Committee noted that, in its resolution 58/1 B, the General Assembly requested it, in accordance with its mandate and the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, to continue to review the methodology of future scales of assessments based on the principle that the expenses of the Organization shall be apportioned broadly according to capacity to pay.

8 - وأشارت اللجنة أيضا إلى أن الجمعية العامة طلبت، في قرارها 58/1 باء، إلى لجنة الاشتراكات أن تواصل، وفقا لولايتها والنظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، استعراض منهجية الجداول المقبلة للأنصبة المقررة استنادا إلى المبدأ القائل بأن نفقات المنظمة ينبغي تقسيمها فيما بين الدول الأعضاء على نحو يتناسب عامة مع قدرة كل منها على الدفع.

7. The Committee also recalled that, in its resolution 58/1 B, as reaffirmed by its resolution 61/237, the General Assembly had requested the Committee, in accordance with its mandate and the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, to review the methodology of future scales of assessments based on the principle that the expenses of the Organization should be apportioned broadly according to capacity to pay.
7 - وأشارت اللجنة أيضا إلى أن الجمعية العامة طلبت من اللجنة، في قرارها 58/1 باء، على نحو ما أكدته من جديد في قرارها 61/237، أن تستعرض، وفقا لولايتها وللنظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، منهجية جداول الأنصبة المقررة المقبلة استنادا إلى المبدأ الذي يقضي بأن تقسم نفقات المنظمة على نحو يتناسب عامة مع القدرة على الدفع.

6. 6 - وأشارت اللجنة أيضا إلى أن الجمعية العامة طلبت في قرارها 58/1 باء، وعلى نحو ما أكدته من جديد في قرارها 61/237، إلى اللجنة أن تستعرض، وفقا لولايتها وللنظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة، منهجية إعداد جداول الأنصبة المقررة المقبلة استنادا إلى المبدأ الذي يقضي بأن تقسم نفقات المنظمة على نحو يتناسب عامة مع القدرة على الدفع.

57. Mr. Ganbour (Libyan Arab Jamahiriya) said that his delegation welcomed the report of the Committee on Contributions, in particular the reference in paragraph 5 to resolution 58/1 B, in which the General Assembly requested the Committee to continue to review the methodology of future scales of assessments based on the principle that the expenses of the Organization should be apportioned broadly according to capacity to pay.
57 - السيد قنبور (الجماهيرية العربية الليبية): قال إن وفده يرحب بتقرير لجنة الاشتراكات، وخاصة الإشارة في الفقرة 5 إلى القرار 58/1 باء، والذي طلبت فيه الجمعية العامة من اللجنة مواصلة استعراض منهجية جدول الأنصبة المقررة المقبلة استنادا إلى المبدأ الذي يقضي بأن تقسم نفقات المنظمة على نحو يتناسب عامة مع القدرة على الدفع.
