9. The Chairperson said that, while it was desirable for UNCITRAL texts on different topics to be consistent with each other, it was also important, in the Arbitration Rules, to use terminology that was widely understood by the commercial and arbitration community.

22. His delegation noted with satisfaction that a search engine had been placed on the Web site of the UNCITRAL secretariat on the Internet to enable users of case law on UNCITRAL texts (CLOUT) to carry out searches into CLOUT cases and other documents.
٢٢ - وأوضح أن وفده يلاحظ بارتياح تزويد موقع أمانة الأونسترال على الإنترنت بأداة للبحث لتمكين مستعملي السوابق القضائية المستندة إلى نصوص الأونسترال من إجراء عمليات بحث في تلك السوابق القضائية وغيرها من الوثائق.

80. His delegation appreciated the Commission’s work in monitoring the implementation of the 1958 New York Convention and on CLOUT and the status and promotion of UNCITRAL texts, which were particularly beneficial to countries with economies in transition.
٨٠ - وأعرب عن تقدير وفده لأعمال الأونسترال في مجال رصد تنفيذ اتفاقية نيويورك لعام ١٩٥٨ ومجال السوابق القانونية المستندة إلى نصوص الأونسترال وحالة نصوص الأونسترال وترويجها، وذلك لأنها تنطوي على فوائد جمة للبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية.

35. He commended the role of the secretariat in promoting awareness of the Commission's work, especially the collection and dissemination of case law on UNCITRAL texts (CLOUT), as well as the organization of training and technical assistance seminars.
35 - وأثنى على دور الأمانة في تعزيز التوعية بأعمال اللجنة، ولاسيما من حيث جمع ونشر السوابق القضائية بشأن نصوص الأونسترال (CLOUT)، فضلا عن تنظيم الحلقات الدراسية في مجالي التدريب والمساعدة التقنية.

27. The Commission, pursuant to General Assembly resolutions 56/79 of 12 December 2001 and 57/17 of 19 November 2002, organized seminars and symposia in many developing countries with the objective of assisting them in adopting and implementing UNCITRAL texts.
27 - وعملا بقــراري الجمعية العامة 56/79 المؤرخ 12 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2001 و 57/17 المؤرخ 19 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2002، نظمت لجنة الأمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي (الأونسترال) حلقات دراسية وندوات في العديد من البلدان النامية بهدف مساعدتها في اعتماد وتنفيذ نصوص الأونسترال.

The site contains both texts adopted by the Commission and preparatory documentation for the Commission and its six working groups; case law on UNCITRAL texts (CLOUT); conventions (including their status) and model laws (including their implementation by States); archived research materials; and other texts relating to international trade law.

38. During 2003, the International Trade Law Branch published the Case Law on UNCITRAL texts (CLOUT) abstracts Nos. 35 to 40, as well as a thesaurus and an index of the UNCITRAL Model Arbitration Law.

76. His delegation attached great significance to training and technical assistance and to the status and promotion of UNCITRAL texts, particularly through regional seminars and meetings; the presence of countries with economies in transition, which would especially benefit from briefings for legislators, judges and other users of UNCITRAL texts, was essential at such meetings and seminars.
٧٦ - وأضاف أن وفده يعلق أهمية كبيرة على التدريب والمساعدة التقنية وعلى حالة نصوص الأونسترال وترويجها، لا سيما عن طريق الحلقات الدراسية والاجتماعات الإقليمية التي من المهم أن تحضرها البلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية إذ أنها ستستفيد أيما فائدة من المعلومات التي تقدم للمشرعين والقضاة وسائر مستعملي نصوص الأونسترال.

51. His delegation was of the view that CLOUT was of immense value in providing information regarding the interpretation and application of UNCITRAL texts in various countries, and in promoting their uniform interpretation and application by enabling, for example, judges and arbitrators to take into account decisions and awards rendered in other countries.
51 - ومضى قائلا إن وفد بلده يرى أن نظام جمع ونشر السوابق القضائية الذي يرمز إليه بـ CLOUT ذو قيمة هائلة من حيث توفير المعلومات المتعلقة بتفسير وتطبيق نصوص الأونسترال في مختلف البلدان، وتعزيز تفسيرها وتطبيقها بشكل موحد بتمكينه، مثلا، القضاة والمحكمين من أن يأخذوا في الحسبان قرارات المحاكم وهيئات التحكيم الصادرة في بلدان أخرى.

It felt the system for the collection and dissemination of case law on UNCITRAL texts (CLOUT) to be extremely useful, and encouraged the secretariat to extend the scope of CLOUT by including cases and arbitral decisions interpreting other UNCITRAL texts, such as the Model Law on Electronic Commerce, the Hamburg Rules, and the Model Procurement Law.
وأضاف أنه يرى أن نظام جمع ونشر السوابق القضائية المستندة إلى نصوص الأونسترال (نظام كلاوت CLOUT) هو نظام بالغ الفائدة، وأنه يشجع الأمانة على توسيع نطاق النظام بتضمينه القضايا وقرارات التحكيم التي تفسر نصوص الأونسترال الأخرى، مثل القانون النموذجي بشأن التجارة الإلكترونية، وقواعد هامبورغ، والقانون النموذجي للاشتراء.

238. The Commission expressed its appreciation to the national correspondents and to the Secretariat for their work and urged States to cooperate with the Secretariat in the operation of CLOUT and to facilitate the carrying out of the tasks of the national correspondents.
٨٣٢ - وأعربت اللجنة عن تقديرها للمراسلين الوطنيين واﻷمانة العامة لما اضطلعوا به من أعمال، وحثت الدول على التعاون مع اﻷمانة العامة في تشغيل برنامج السوابق القضائية المستندة الى نصوص اﻷونسترال وتسهيل الاضطلاع بالمهام التي يقوم بها المراسلون الوطنيون.
