400. The Committee recommends that the State party develop a system of data collection and indicators consistent with the Convention and disaggregated by gender, age, social status (Scheduled Castes and Tribes, or religious community), and urban and rural area and make it publicly available.

482- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تضع نظاماً لجمع البيانات يتناول مجالات الاتفاقية كافة، وبأن تكفل استخدام جميع البيانات والمؤشرات لوضع ورصد وتقييم السياسات والبرامج والمشاريع من أجل تنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية تنفيذاً فعالاً.

(d) Develop a system of data collection with regard to all forms of violence against women and inform the Committee, in its next periodic report, of the number of prosecutions undertaken and the number of convictions, sentences and disciplinary measures issued in cases of violence perpetrated by State agents;
(د) تضع نظاماً لجمع البيانات فيما يتعلق بجميع أشكال العنف ضد المرأة وتبلغ اللجنة، في تقريرها الدوري المقبل، عن عدد الملاحقات القضائية، فضلاً عن عدد الإدانات والعقوبات والتدابير التأديبية الصادرة في قضايا العنف التي ارتكبها موظفو الدولة؛

28. The Committee recommends that the State party develop a system of data collection and indicators consistent with the Convention and disaggregated by sex, age, rural and urban areas, ethnicity, disabilities, victims of violence and phase of life (particularly early childhood and adolescence).
28- توصي اللجنة بأن تطوّر الدولة الطرف نظاماً لجمع البيانات ووضع المؤشرات يتماشى مع أحكام الاتفاقية ويصنّف تلك البيانات والمؤشرات حسب نوع الجنس والفئة العمرية والفوارق بين الحواضر والأرياف والانتماء العرقي والإعاقات وضحايا العنف ومراحل الحياة (خاصةً منها الطفولة المبكرة والمراهقة).
