E. Information deficits 51. According to Human Rights Council resolution 18/6, the promotion of a free, just, effective and balanced international information and communications order is necessary to achieve a democratic international order.
51 - وفقًا لقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 18/6، تعد إقامة نظام دولي للمعلومات والاتصالات يتسم بالحرية والعدالة والفعالية والتوازن أمرا ضروريا لإقامة نظام دولي ديمقراطي.

(j) The promotion of a free, just, effective and balanced international information and communications order based on international cooperation for the establishment of a new equilibrium and greater reciprocity in the international flow of information, in particular correcting the inequalities in the flow of information to and from developing countries;
(ي) تشجيع نظام دولي للمعلومات والاتصالات يتسم بالحرية والعدالة والفعالية والتوازن ويقوم على التعاون الدولي لإقامة توازن جديد وزيادة المعاملة بالمثل في التدفق الدولي للمعلومات، وبخاصة تصحيح أوجه التفاوت في تدفق المعلومات إلى البلدان النامية ومنها؛

(j) The promotion of a free, just, effective and balanced international information and communication order, based on international cooperation for the establishment of a new equilibrium and greater reciprocity in the international flow of information, in particular correcting the inequalities in the flow of information to and from developing countries;
(ي) تعزيز نظام دولي للمعلومات والاتصالات يتسم بالحرية والعدالة والفعالية والتوازن ويقوم على التعاون الدولي لإرساء توازن جديد وزيادة التبادل في التدفق الدولي للمعلومات، وبخاصة تصحيح التفاوت في تدفق المعلومات إلى البلدان النامية ومنها؛

(i) The promotion of a free, just, effective and balanced international information and communication order, based on international cooperation for the establishment of a new equilibrium and greater reciprocity in the international flow of information, in particular, correcting the inequalities in the flow of information to and from developing countries;
(ط) إيجاد نظام دولي للمعلومات والاتصالات يتسم بالحرية والعدالة والفعالية والتوازن ويقوم على التعاون الدولي لإرساء توازن جديد وزيادة التبادل في التدفق الدولي للمعلومات، وبخاصة تصحيح حالات التفاوت في تدفق المعلومات إلى البلدان النامية ومنها؛
