3. The first national communication due under the Convention after the Protocol has entered into force for that Party will be reviewed prior to the first commitment period in accordance with the provisions of paragraph below.
13- يستعرض البلاغ الوطني الأول الواجب تقديمه بموجب الاتفاقية بعد بدء نفاذ البروتوكول بالنسبة إلى الطرف قبل فترة الالتزام الأولى وفقا لأحكام الفقرة 19 أدناه(2).

52.1 At any time after this Protocol has entered into force with respect to a Party, that Party may withdraw from this Protocol by giving written notification to the Depositary.
