Mr. Leandro Despouy, Chairperson of the fifty-sixth session of the Commission on Human Rights, welcomed the opportunity to exchange views with Commission rapporteurs and experts and gave the floor to Mr. Álvaro de Mendonça e Moura who addressed the meeting on behalf of the Bureau.

Expenditure incurred by implementing partners includes disbursements made by them on behalf of UNODC.
