The States Parties to the present Protocol shall include in the reports they submit to the Committee on the Rights of the Child, in accordance with article 44 of the Convention, information on the measures that they have adopted to give effect to the present Protocol.
على الدول اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول أن تدرج في التقارير التي تقدمها إلى لجنة حقوق الطفل، وفقا للمادة ٤٤ من الاتفاقية، معلومات عن التدابير التي اعتمدتها ﻹنفاذ هذا البروتوكول.

(a) If a State Party to the present Protocol considers that another State Party is not fulfilling its obligations under the Covenant, it may, by written communication, bring the matter to the attention of that State Party.
(أ) متى رأت دولة طرف في هذا البروتوكول أن دولة طرفاً أخرى لا تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب العهد، جاز لها أن توجه نظر تلك الدولة الطرف إلى ذلك برسالة مكتوبة.

Each Party to this Protocol shall facilitate the passage of such persons through its territory.” The wording of this paragraph is based on that of article 9, paragraph 2, of the Convention for the Suppression of the Traffic in Persons and of the Exploitation of the Prostitution of Others.
ويتعين على كل طرف في هذا البروتوكول أن ييسر مرور هؤلاء اﻷشخاص عبر اقليمه .)٤(
