Indeed, the provisions of the Rome Statute follow this approach as article 8 (2) (b) (viii) refers clearly to the " deportation or transfer of all or parts of the population of the occupied territory within or outside this territory " .
بل إن أحكام نظام روما الأساسي تتبع هذا النهج بالنظر إلى أن المادة 8 (2) (ب) ' 8` تشير بوضوح إلى " إبعاد أو نقل كل سكان الأرض المحتلة أو أجزاء منهم داخل هذه الأرض أو خارجها " .
