The adoption of this outcome document is a tremendous achievement, one which only a few days ago we did not expect so soon.
إن اعتماد هذه الوثيقة الختامية يُعد إنجازا ضخما؛ هذا الإنجاز الذي لم نتوقع حدوثه بهذه السرعة قبل مجرد بضعة أيام.

Hereby adopt this outcome document as follows:

79. We request the General Assembly to continue to review, on an annual basis, the progress made towards the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals, including in the implementation of the present outcome document.
79 - نطلب إلى الجمعية العامة أن تواصل استعراض التقدم المحرز في تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية على أساس سنوي، ويشمل ذلك تنفيذ هذه الوثيقة الختامية.

41. The present outcome document of the Forum will be presented at the beginning of the thirteenth session of the Commission on Sustainable Development (New York, 11-22 April 2005).
41 - وستُعرض هذه الوثيقة الختامية للمنتدى في بداية الدورة الثالثة عشرة للجنة التنمية المستدامة (نيويورك 11-22 نيسان/أبريل 2005).

264. We stress the need for adequate funding for the operational activities of the United Nations development system, as well as the need to make funding more predictable, effective and efficient as part of wider efforts to mobilize new, additional and predictable resources to achieve the objectives that we have set forth in the present outcome document.

Invite the Government of Botswana to bring this outcome document to the attention of the Security Council and the General Assembly at its sixty-second session.
5 - ندعو حكومة بوتسوانا إلى عرض هذه الوثيقة الختامية على مجلس الأمن وعلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثانية والستين.

Those reservations shall be taken into account with respect to words, terms, concepts or paragraphs in this outcome document, wherever they may be applicable.
وينبغي أخذ هذه التحفظات في الحسبان فيما ينطبق عليه هذا من كلمات أو عبارات أو مفاهيم أو فقرات واردة في هذه الوثيقة الختامية.

5. Invite the Government of Kenya to bring this outcome document to the attention of relevant international institutions.

By unanimous decision of the Conference, the original of this Final Act shall be deposited in the archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy.
وبموجب مقرر اتخذه المؤتمر باﻹجماع، يودع أصل هذه الوثيقة الختامية في محفوظات وزارة الخارجية اﻹيطالية.

This plan of action should take into account the outcome document " A World Fit for Children " adopted by the United Nations General Assembly at its special session on children in May 2002 and its mid-term review in 2007.
ولا بد أن تراعي خطة العمل هذه الوثيقة الختامية المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل في أيار/مايو 2002 واستعراض منتصف المدة الذي أجرته في عام 2007.
