With regard to bilateral agreements relating to cooperation on security, the bilateral agreement concluded between the State of Kuwait and the Republic of Hungary on cooperation in the field of combating organized crime was promulgated pursuant to Decree No. 292/1998 of 13 December 1998.
بالنسبة للاتفاقيات الثنائية والمتعلقة بمجال التعاون الأمني، فقد صدرت الاتفاقية الثنائية المبرمة بين دولة الكويت وجمهورية هنغاريا بشأن التعاون في مجال مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة بموجب المرسوم رقم 292/1998 بتاريخ 13 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1998.

21. The Working Group heard presentations made by the delegation of Hungary on " Methods of Clearance of Explosive Remnants of War in Hungary " , and the Russian Federation on " Practical Experience of the Russian Federation in the Detection and Deactivation of Improvised Explosive Devices " .
21- واستمع الفريق العامل إلى عرض قدمه وفد هنغاريا بشأن " طرائق إزالة المتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب في هنغاريا " ، وإلى عرض قدمه الاتحاد الروسي بشأن " التجربة العملية للاتحاد الروسي في الكشف عن النبائط المتفجرة المرتجلة وإبطال مفعولها " .

The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Hungary to the United Nations presents its compliments to the Chairman of the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1540 (2004) and has the honour to submit the attached national report of the Republic of Hungary on the implementation of Security Council resolution 1540 (2004) (see annex).
تهدي البعثة الدائمة لجمهورية هنغاريا لدى الأمم المتحدة تحياتها إلى رئيس لجنة مجلس الأمن المنشأة عملا بالقرار 1540 (2004)، وتتشرف بأن ترفق طيه التقرير الوطني لجمهورية هنغاريا بشأن تنفيذ قرار مجلس الأمن 1540 (2004) (انظر المرفق).

Hungary agrees with the principles set out by the British Presidency of the EU, which can be deducted from FATF SR VIII. It harmonizes with the position of Hungary on this matter, in regard to the Government Resolution 2221 of 2005 (X.17.).
وتتفق هنغاريا مع المبادئ التي بينتها الرئاسة البريطانية للاتحاد الأوروبي، التي يمكن استخلاصها من التوصية الخاصة الثامنة لفرقة العمل المعنية بالإجراءات المالية. فهي تنسجم مع موقف هنغاريا بشأن هذه المسألة، كما يتضح في القرار الحكومي 2221 لعام 2005 (عاشرا - 17).

301. Pursuant to the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities adopted in 1992 at the forty-eighth session of the United Nations General Assembly, a Declaration on the principles of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Hungary on guarantees for the rights of national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities was signed on 11 November 1992.
١٠٣- ووفقا للاعلان الخاص بحقوق اﻷشخاص المنتسبين ﻷقليات قومية أو عرقية، دينية ولغوية، المعتمد في ٢٩٩١ في الدورة الثامنة واﻷربعين للجمعية العامة لﻷمم المتحدة، تم التوقيع في ١١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٢٩٩١ على إعلان حول أسس التعاون بين الاتحاد الروسي وجمهورية هنغاريا بشأن ضمانات حقوق اﻷقليات القومية أو العرقية، الدينية واللغوية.

31. Ireland also indicated that it had concluded the following agreements as at 31 May 2004: a bilateral agreement with Hungary on cooperation in combating drug trafficking, money-laundering, organized crime, trafficking in persons, terrorism and other serious crime (2000) and a bilateral agreement with the Russian Federation on cooperation in fighting crime (2000).
