76- وعندما يتعلق الالتماس بمراجعة قرار نهائي صادر عن هيئة من هيئات الإدارة العامة أو عندما تخلص أمانة المظالم إلى أن القرار الصادر عن هيئة الإدارة العامة يناقض القانون أو غيره من اللوائح الملزمة عموماً، فإنها تحيل القضية إلى المدعي المختص لينظر فيها أو تتخذ إجراءات أخرى وتعلم الملتمس بها.
