The Committee invites the State party to submit a common core document in accordance with the 2006 harmonized guidelines on reporting to the international human rights treaty monitoring bodies (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.4, Chap. I).

(30) The Committee invites the State party to submit its core document in accordance with the requirements in the harmonized guidelines on reporting to international human rights treaty bodies (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.5).

Noting that the State Party submitted its Core Document in 1997, the Committee encourages the State Party to submit an updated version in accordance with the harmonized guidelines on reporting under the international human rights treaties, in particular those on the common core document, as adopted by the fifth inter-Committee meeting of the human rights treaty bodies held in June 2006 (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.4).

5. The present treaty-specific reporting guidelines are developed in accordance with the harmonized guidelines on reporting to the international human rights treaty bodies and should be applied in conjunction with the preparation and submission of a common core document.
5- وقد وُضعت المبادئ التوجيهية لتقديم التقارير الخاصة بكل معاهدة طبقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة لتقديم التقارير إلى هيئات رصد المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان وينبغي تطبيقها بالاقتران مع إعداد وتقديم الوثيقة الأساسية الموحدة.

45. The Committee invites the State party to update its core document in keeping with the requirements of the harmonized reporting guidelines relating to the common core document, as recently adopted by the international human rights treaty bodies.
45- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى تحديث وثيقتها الأساسية وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة لتقديم التقارير، والخاصة بالوثيقة الأساسية المشتركة()، التي أقرتها أخيراً هيئات رصد المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

Noting that the State Party submitted its core document in 2002, the Committee encourages the State Party to submit an updated version in accordance with the harmonized guidelines on reporting under the international human rights treaties, in particular those on the common core document, as adopted by the fifth inter-Committee meeting of the human rights treaty bodies held in June 2006 (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.4).
25- وبالنظر إلى أن الدولة الطرف قدمت وثيقتها الأساسية في عام 2002، فإن اللجنة تشجع الدولة الطرف على تقديم نسخة مستوفاة وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية المنسّقة المتعلقة بعملية الإبلاغ بموجب المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، ولا سيما تلك المتعلقة بالوثيقة الأساسية المشتركة التي اعتمدها الاجتماع الخامس المشترك بين هيئات رصد المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان المعقود في حزيران/يونيه 2006 (HRI/GEN/2/Rev.4).
