Encourages national Governments and relevant stakeholders to make more use of the World Solar Programme 1996 - 2005 as one of the vehicles to boost the development and utilization of solar energy technologies and all forms of new and renewable energy, including biomass, wind, mini-hydro, tidal, ocean and geothermal forms;

The Working Group encourages States and relevant stakeholders to ensure that women and girls can fully exercise their human rights in all spheres of public life in line with the DDPA and the Outcome Document of the Durban Review Conference and thereby promote their practice of sport for development and peace and as a means to further combat racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance in sport;

114. The Working Group encourages States and relevant stakeholders to use the potential of sport and mass sport events to educate the youth of the world and to promote their inclusion through sport practices without racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and in the Olympic spirit, which requires human understanding, tolerance, fair play and solidarity;
114- ويشجع الفريق العامل الدول وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين على الاستفادة من إمكانيات الرياضة والمناسبات الرياضية الجماهيرية في تثقيف شباب العالم وتشجيع إشراكهم عن طريق ممارسات رياضية بلا عنصرية ولا تمييز عنصري ولا كره للأجانب أو ما يتعلق بذلك من تعصب، وبروح أولمبية، الأمر الذي يتطلب تحقيق وعي إنساني ودرجة من التسامح وروحاً رياضية وقدراً من التضامن؛

22. UNICEF will also pay greater attention to facilitating participatory, high-quality analyses by national and local partners of relevant capacity gaps and prevailing disparities related to the rights of children and women, in partnership with national Governments, other United Nations agencies and relevant stakeholders at all levels.
