The plenary noted that, in its sixth annual report to the CMP, it recalled that members and alternate members of the Compliance Committee are elected to serve in their individual capacities and reiterated the recommendation that the eligibility for funding related to the costs of travel and participation in meetings of the Compliance Committee should be extended to all members and alternate members.
