99. States must protect individuals and members of groups who wish to cooperate with the United Nations, its representatives and mechanisms.
99 - ويتعين على الدول حماية الأفراد وأعضاء الجماعات الذين يرغبون في التعاون مع الأمم المتحدة، وممثليها وآلياتها.

(h) To ensure that, in accordance with appropriate national legislation and in conformity with international human rights law, the freedom of all persons and members of groups to establish and maintain religious, charitable or humanitarian institutions is fully respected and protected;
(ح) أن تكفل، وفقا للتشريعات الوطنية الملائمة وطبقا للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، احترام حرية جميع الأشخاص وأعضاء الجماعات في إقامة وإدارة المؤسسات الدينية أو الخيرية أو الإنسانية وحمايتها بصورة تامة؛

(b) Investigate immediately all allegations of reprisals against individuals who cooperate with international human rights instruments and organizations, and take measures to ensure adequate protection from intimidation or reprisals for individuals and members of groups who seek to cooperate or have cooperated with the United Nations, its representatives and mechanisms in the field of human rights;
(ب) التحقيق على الفور في جميع ادعاءات الانتقام من الأفراد المتعاونين مع آليات الصكوك والمنظمات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، واتخاذ تدابير لضمان توفير الحماية الكافية من التخويف أو الانتقام لأفراد وأعضاء الجماعات المتعاونين أو الساعين إلى التعاون مع الأمم المتحدة وممثليها وآلياتها في مجال حقوق الإنسان؛

(e) To ensure also that, in accordance with appropriate national legislation and in conformity with international human rights law, the freedom of all persons and members of groups to establish and maintain religious, charitable or humanitarian institutions is fully respected and protected;
(هـ) أن تكفل أيضا، وفقا للتشريعات الوطنية الملائمة وطبقا لقانون حقوق الإنسان الدولي، الاحترام الكامل والحماية التامة لحرية جميع الأشخاص وأعضاء الجماعات في إقامة وإدارة المؤسسات الدينية أو الخيرية أو الإنسانية؛

(e) To ensure that, in accordance with appropriate national legislation and in conformity with international human rights law, the freedom of all persons and members of groups to establish and maintain religious, charitable or humanitarian institutions is fully respected and protected;
(هـ) أن تكفل، وفقا للتشريعات الوطنية الملائمة وطبقا للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، الاحترام الكامل والحماية التامة لحرية جميع الأشخاص وأعضاء الجماعات في إقامة وإدارة المؤسسات الدينية أو الخيرية أو الإنسانية؛

(d) To ensure that, in accordance with appropriate national legislation and in conformity with international human rights law, the freedom of all persons and members of groups to establish and maintain religious, charitable or humanitarian institutions is fully respected and protected;
(دـ) أن تكفل، وفقا للتشريعات الوطنية الملائمة وطبقا للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، الاحترام الكامل والحماية التامة لحرية جميع الأشخاص وأعضاء الجماعات في إقامة وإدارة المؤسسات الدينية أو الخيرية أو الإنسانية؛

(d) To ensure that, in accordance with appropriate national legislation and in conformity with international human rights law, the freedom of all persons and members of groups to establish and maintain religious, charitable or humanitarian institutions is fully respected and protected;
