14- وأفادت طاجيكستان بأنه وفقا لقانون المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية وسلائفها، الصادر في 10 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1999، تخضع عمليات المصانع التي تستخدم فيها السلائف، بما فيها أنهيدريد الخل، لضوابط صارمة.

56. Tajikistan reported that the Government Decree relating to the procedures governing the licit trade in precursors obliged the concerned national agencies to respond to pre-export notifications.
56- وأفادت طاجيكستان بأنّ المرسوم الحكومي المتعلق بالإجراءات التي تنظّم التجارة المشروعة بالسلائف يُلزم الأجهزة الوطنية المعنية بالاستجابة للإشعارات السابقة للتصدير.

Tajikistan indicated that, as it was a signatory at the time of reporting, it had not notified the Secretary-General, as prescribed by paragraph 6 (a).
وأفادت طاجيكستان بأنها، لما كانت دولة موقّعة وقت تقديم تقريرها، لم تبلّغ الأمين العام حسبما تقضي بذلك الفقرة 6 (أ).

24. Tajkistan reported that as per Government Decree No. 8 of 1 February 1999, all Tajik citizens travelling abroad must carry passports entitling them to exit the country.
