واستعرض المجلس عمليات التخطيط للشراء، وعمليات الدعوة لتقديم عطاءات، وإدارة العقود، وإدارة شؤون البائعين ولاحظ ما يلي:

In the period under review the Board examined four major procurement functions: acquisition planning, the solicitation process, contract management and administration and vendor management.

In the first phase, the IT help desk, vendor management and travel were offshored to Delhi, whereas non-food procurement was offshored to Dubai.
