١٧- وقضت المادة ١١ من قانون اﻷحداث بعدم جواز التحفظ على الحدث الذي لا يتجاوز سنه اثنتي عشرة سنة في قسم الشرطة وسائر اﻷجهزة اﻷمنية، وإنما يجب أن يكفله وليه أو الوصي أو المؤتمن عليه، وإذا تعذر ذلك يتم إيداعه في أقرب دار لتأهيل اﻷحداث ورعايتهم لمدة لا تزيد عن أربعة وعشرين ساعة.
