recalling also that the Action Plan on International Cooperation on the Eradication of Illicit Drug Crops and on Alternative Development asserts that States with illicit drug crops will need continued financial assistance, on the basis of the principle of shared responsibility, to support national efforts to eliminate such crops,
وإذ تستذكر أيضا أن خطة العمل بشأن التعاون الدولي على ابادة المحاصيل المخدرة غير المشروعة وبشأن التنمية البديلة،(37) تؤكد أن الدول التي توجد لديها محاصيل مخدرة غير مشروعة ستحتاج الى مساعدة مالية متواصلة، استنادا الى مبدأ المسؤولية المشتركة، دعما للجهود الوطنية المبذولة للقضاء على هذه المحاصيل،

recalling also that in the Political Declaration adopted by the General Assembly at its twentieth special session, the Assembly called upon all States to report biennially to the Commission on their efforts to meet the goals and targets for the years 2003 and 2008,
