mindful of the decision adopted by the Peace and Security Council of the African Union at its 380th meeting, held on 17 June 2013, establishing the African-led International Support Mission for the Central African Republic (MISCA);
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا القرار الذي اتخذه مجلس السلم والأمن التابع للاتحاد الأفريقي في جلسته 380، المعقودة في 17 حزيران/يونيه 2013، والقاضي بإنشاء بعثة دعم دولية بقيادة أفريقية في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى،

mindful of the historical wrongs done to our peoples, our member States are guided by the imperative to create just societies based on a people-centred approach to development and the rule of law.
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا الإساءات التاريخية التي ارتكبت بحق شعوبنا، فإن دولنا الأعضاء تسترشد بضرورة بناء مجتمعات عادلة تقوم على نهج للتنمية يتمحور حول البشر وعلى سيادة القانون.

bearing in mind the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action as adoption by the World Conference on Human Rights,
● وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا الذي اعتمده المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان؛

bearing in mind the ongoing nature of the process, we would like to emphasize the following points.
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا الطابع المستمر للعملية، نود أن نؤكد على النقاط التالية.

considering the need for Central Africa, in the interests of the subregion, to adopt a common and coordinated position on the development of the Arms Trade Treaty;
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا ضرورة اعتماد موقف موحد ومتسق في وسط أفريقيا إزاء عملية وضع معاهدة لتجارة الأسلحة، بما يصب في مصلحة هذه المنطقة دون الإقليمية،

taking into account the importance of national action and international cooperation to address the differentiated situation of developing countries in the implementation of the Montreal Protocol;
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا أهمية العمل الوطني والتعاون الدولي في التصدي لتباين أوضاع البلدان النامية في تنفيذ بروتوكول مونتريال؛

mindful of the failure of States to subsequently address the urgency conveyed in the opening paragraph of Agenda 21, which states:
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا عدم معالجة الدول بعد ذلك للمسألة الملحة الواردة في الفقرة الافتتاحية من جدول أعمال القرن 21، التي ورد فيه ما يلي:

mindful of our personal responsibility as leaders and of the heightened expectations of our citizens, the Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis has been taking practical measures to alleviate the suffering of our resilient people.
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا مسؤوليتنا الشخصية كقادة والآمال الكبيرة التي يعلِّقها مواطنونا علينا، تتخذ حكومة سانت كيتس ونيفيس إجراءات عملية للتخفيف من معاناة شعبنا الصامد.

mindful of our great responsibility, I assure the Assembly that our country will do everything necessary to make the Centre's work effective and fruitful.
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا مسؤوليتنا الكبيرة، أؤكد للجمعية على أن بلدنا سيبذل كل ما هو لازم لجعل المركز يعمل بصورة فعالة ومثمرة.

mindful of economic, natural and human potentials of our region and resolute to find the best ways to utilize them in order to accelerate regional development and respond to the current crisis effects;
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا الإمكانات الاقتصادية والطبيعية والبشرية لمنطقتنا، مصمِّمين على إيجاد أفضل السبل للاستفادة منها من أجل التعجيل بالتنمية الإقليمية والتصدي لآثار الأزمة الراهنة؛

2. mindful that all of our countries have already engaged in the development of their NIPs;
2 - وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا أن جميع بلداننا قد انخرطت الآن في وضع خططها الوطنية للتنفيذ؛

mindful of the essential need to strengthen international, regional and subregional cooperation aimed at enhancing the capacity of States to tackle drug trafficking effectively and to meet the goals and targets for the year 2008 set by the General Assembly at its twentieth special session,
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا الحاجة الأساسية إلى تدعيم التعاون الدولي والإقليمي ودون الإقليمي الرامي إلى تعزيز قدرات الدول على التصدي بفعالية للاتجار بالمخدرات وعلى بلوغ الغايات والأهداف التي وضعتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية العشرين ليتم بلوغها بحلول عام 2008،

bearing in mind the necessity of safeguarding and promoting the universal values in our increasingly interconnected world,
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا الحاجة إلى صون وتعزيز القيم العالمية في عالمنا المتزايد الترابط،

bearing in mind the recent past of this body, we all know how difficult this can get.
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا الماضي القريب لهذه الهيئة، نعلم جميعاً مدى صعوبة هذه العملية.

bearing in mind the precedents set in similar cases, we believe that an appropriate format will be required for further discussion of the Agenda and in order to translate its recommendations into a programme of action or concrete measures in keeping with the aspirations of Member States.
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا السوابق التي وضعت في حالات مماثلة، نعتقد أن هناك حاجة الى شكل ملائم نواصل في إطاره مناقشة الخطة، وترجمة توصياتها الى برنامج عمل أو تدابير ملموسة تفي بتطلعات الدول اﻷعضاء.

considering the establishment, as proposed by Tunisia, of the United Nations World Solidarity Fund aimed at closing the social gap between the countries of the North and the South by giving the global economy a human face,
:: وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا إنشاء الأمم المتحدة، باقتراح من تونس، لصندوق عالمي للتضامن يرمي إلى سد الفجوة الاجتماعية بين بلدان الشمال والجنوب بإقامة اقتصاد عالمي محوره الإنسان؛

considering the Civil Society Declaration on " Shaping Information Societies for Human Needs " and the Declaration of Principles and Plan of Action adopted by the 175 States participating in the first phase of the Geneva Summit,
:: وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا إعلان المجتمع المدني بشأن إقامة مجتمع للمعلومات يستجيب لاحتياجات البشرية، فضلا عن الإعلان وخطة العمل الصادرين عن 175 دولة مشاركة في المرحلة الأولى من مؤتمر القمة المعقودة في جنيف؛

taking into account the situation of vulnerability, exclusion, inequality and poverty experienced by most the population from our countries, as well as the distinct development phases of the legislation and the public policies concerning disability area;
:: وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا حالة الضعف والاستبعاد وعدم المساواة والفقر الذي يعاني منه معظم السكان في بلداننا، بالإضافة إلى المراحل المتباينة لتطور التشريعات والسياسات العامة المتعلقة بالإعاقة؛

considering that the primary responsibility of each State is to ensure the security and welfare of its people,
وإذ نضع في اعتبارنا المسؤولية اﻷساسية المنوطة بكل دولة عن ضمان أمن ورفاهية سكانها؛
