واعتمدت اللجنة بيانا بشأن حالة العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم في ليبيا وحثت السلطات على الوفاء بما عليها من واجبات بمقتضى الاتفاقية وشجعت المجتمع الدولي على تزويدهم بالمساعدة.

The Committee expresses its willingness to continue its dialogue with the State party, including through a country visit by Committee members aimed at providing further guidance on the implementation of the above recommendations and the State party's obligations under the Convention.

372- تثني اللجنة على الدولة الطرف لاعتمادها مؤخرا عددا من القوانين الرامية إلى القضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة وتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين والوفاء بما عليها من واجبات بمقتضى الاتفاقية.

5 - تثني اللجنة على الدولة الطرف لاعتمادها مؤخرا عددا من القوانين الرامية إلى القضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة وتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين والوفاء بما عليها من واجبات بمقتضى الاتفاقية.

20. The Committee is extremely concerned about the persistence of female genital mutilation, which is a grave violation of girls' and women's human rights to bodily integrity and health and the State party's obligations under the Convention, and regrets that there is no law prohibiting this practice.
20 - وتشعر اللجنة ببالغ القلق إزاء استمرار ظاهرة تشويه الأعضاء التناسلية الأنثوية إذ إنها تشكل انتهاكا صارخا لحقوق المرأة والفتاة كإنسان في حرمة جسدهما وصحته ولما على الدولة الطرف من واجبات بمقتضى الاتفاقية. وهي تأسف لعدم وجود قانون يحظر هذه الممارسة.

The Committee commends the State party on a number of new laws and amendments aimed at reinforcing the equal treatment of women and men, including in the public service and universities, as well as amendments regarding criminal law, maternity protection, paternity leave and working time aimed at achieving compliance with the State party's obligations under the Convention.
485-تثني اللجنة على الدولة الطرف لاعتمادها عددا من القوانين والتعديلات الجديدة الرامية إلى تعزيز المساواة في معاملة المرأة والرجل، بما في ذلك في الخدمة العامة والجامعات، فضلا عن إدخالها تعديلات على القانون الجنائي، وحماية الأمومة، وإجازة الأبوة ووقت العمل، ترمي إلى وفاء الدولة الطرف بما عليها من واجبات بمقتضى الاتفاقية.
