The purpose of this Protocol is to promote, facilitate and strengthen cooperation among States Parties in order to prevent, combat and eradicate the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, their parts and components and ammunition.
الغرض من هذا البروتوكول هو ترويج وتيسير وتعزيز التعاون بين الدول الأطراف بغية منع ومكافحة واستئصال صنع الأسلحة النارية وأجزائها ومكوناتها والذخيرة والاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة.

Article 13 Obligation of a State to cooperate in preventing, combating and eradicating the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms.
المادة 13: تلتزم الدولة بالتعاون على منع ومكافحة واستئصال صنع الأسلحة النارية والاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة

(d) Legislative experiences, practices and measures related to preventing, combating and eradicating the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, ammunition and other related materials; and

It offers States a broad cooperation framework to prevent, combat and eradicate illicit manufacturing of and illicit trafficking in firearms, their parts and components and ammunition.
وهو يتيح للدول إطارا واسعا للتعاون على منع ومكافحة واستئصال صنع الأسلحة النارية وأجزائها ومكوناتها والذخيرة والاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة.

(a) To prevent, combat and eradicate the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, ammunition, explosives and other related materials;
)أ( منع ومكافحة واستئصال صنع اﻷسلحة النارية والذخيرة والمتفجرات وسائر المعدات ذات الصلة والاتجار بها بشكل غير مشروع ؛

Aware of the urgent need to prevent, combat and eradicate the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, their parts and components and ammunition, owing to the harmful effects of those activities on the security of each State, region and the world as a whole, endangering the well-being of peoples, their social and economic development and their right to live in peace,
إذ تدرك الحاجة الملحَّة الى منع ومكافحة واستئصال صنع الأسلحة النارية وأجزائها ومكوّناتها والذخيرة والاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة، نظرا إلى ما لتلك الأنشطة من آثار ضارة بأمن كل دولة ومنطقة، بل العالم بأجمعه، مما يعرّض للخطر رفاه الشعوب وتطورها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وحقها في العيش في سلام،

1. States Parties shall cooperate at the bilateral, regional and international levels to prevent, combat and eradicate the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, their parts and components and ammunition.
1- يتعين على الدول الأطراف أن تتعاون معا على المستوى الثنائي والاقليمي والدولي في مجال منع ومكافحة واستئصال صنع الأسلحة النارية وأجزائها ومكوناتها والذخيرة والاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة.

(d) Legislative experiences, practices and measures related to preventing, combating and eradicating the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, ammunition, explosives and other related materials; and
)د( الخبرات والممارسات والتدابير التشريعية الرامية الى منع ومكافحة واستئصال صنع اﻷسلحة النارية والذخيرة والمتفجرات وسائر المعدات ذات الصلة والاتجار بها بشكل غير مشروع ؛

(c) Reaffirming that States Parties should give high priority to preventing, combating and eradicating the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, ammunition [, explosives] Addition proposed by the delegation of Mexico (A/AC.254/5/Add.1 and Corr.1).
)ج( واذ تؤكد مجددا أن الدول اﻷطراف ينبغي أن تعطي أولوية عالية لمنع ومكافحة واستئصال صنع اﻷسلحة النارية والذخيرة ]والمتفجرات[اضافة اقترحها وفد المكسيك A/AC.254/5/Add.1) و (Corr.1.

(d) Legislative experiences, practices and measures related to preventing, combating and eradicating the illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, ammunition[, explosives] Addition proposed by the delegation of Mexico (A/AC.254/5/Add.1 and Corr.1).

The purpose of the Convention is to prevent, combat and eradicate illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, ammunition, explosives and other related materials and to promote and facilitate cooperation and the exchange of information and experiences among the States parties to the Convention in order to pursue the above-mentioned goals.
والغرض من الاتفاقية هو منع ومكافحة واستئصال صنع اﻷسلحة النارية والذخائر والمتفجرات وسائر المواد ذات الصلة والاتجار بها بصورة غير مشروعة وتعزيز وتيسير التعاون وتبادل المعلومات والخبرات فيما بين الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية بغية تحقيق اﻷهداف المذكورة أعلاه .
