4. 11. A United Nations focal point will be identified to coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Strategy to ensure that the process of referring complainants, victims and children born as a result of sexual exploitation and abuse is simple, safe and respects the need for confidentiality, dignity and non-discrimination.
11 - وستعيَّن هيئة تنسيق تابعة للأمم المتحدة من أجل تنسيق ورصد تنفيذ الاستراتيجية بغرض كفالة بساطة وأمن إجراءات إحالة المتظلمين والضحايا والأطفال الذين يولدون نتيجة الاستغلال الجنسي والانتهاك الجنسي، واحترامها لمتطلبات السرية والكرامة وعدم التمييز.

14. The provision of any assistance and support by the United Nations in every case of complainants, victims and children born as a result of sexual exploitation and abuse is not an acknowledgement of the validity of the claims or an indication of acceptance of responsibility by the alleged perpetrator.
14 - ولا يشكل قيام الأمم المتحدة بتقديم أي نوع من المساعدة والدعم في حالة من حالات المتظلمين والضحايا والأطفال الذين يولدون نتيجة الاستغلال الجنسي والانتهاك الجنسي اعترافا بصحة الادعاءات أو دليلا على قبول المسؤولية من جانب الجاني المفترض.

Registration of marriages and of children born to refugees in camps and their recognition by host States and by countries of origin or resettlement at the stage of solutions is particularly important to avoid problems of statelessness.
