34. The Committee urges the State party to implement existing legislative and policy measures to prevent violence against women and girls with disabilities and to provide protection and reparation to those who fall victim to it.

17. Care of women and girls with disabilities
17 - رعاية النساء والبنات ذوات الإعاقة

The Committee further expresses concern about the limited access to mainstream and inclusive education by Roma girls and girls with disabilities, which results in low enrolment rates and high dropout rates at the primary school level, as well as about the negative attitudes towards Roma among teachers and school administrators.
وتعرب اللجنة كذلك عن قلقها إزاء ضآلة إمكانيات التحاق بنات جماعة الروما والبنات ذوات الإعاقة بالتعليم المتاح والشامل للجميع، مما ينتج عنه انخفاض معدلات الالتحاق بالدراسة وارتفاع معدلات التسرّب على مستوى التعليم الابتدائي، وكذلك وجود مواقف سلبية لدى المدرسين ومديري المدارس تجاه جماعة الروما.

The working group on women and girls with disabilities (art. 6) reported back to the Committee on the progress made in the preparation of the draft general comment on article 6.

13- تأسف اللجنة لعدم اعتماد الدولة الطرف تدابير تحقق للنساء ذوات الإعاقة المساواة الفعلية مع سائر الأشخاص، وتدابير تضمن إدماج النساء والبنات ذوات الإعاقة إدماجاً فعلياً في السياسات العامة للمساواة بين الجنسين.

CIMUNDIS regretted the lack of accurate information about the incidence of sexual violence against women and girls with disabilities.
وأعربت منظمة تحرير النساء والفتيات ذوات الإعاقة عن أسفها لعدم توفر معلومات عن واقع العنف الجنسي الذي يستهدف النساء والبنات ذوات الإعاقة(78).

27. The Committee encourages the State party to include women and girls with disabilities in the national strategy for the prevention of violence in the family and society, and to adopt comprehensive measures for them to have access to immediate protection, shelter and legal aid.
27- تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على أن تدمج النساء والبنات ذوات الإعاقة في الاستراتيجية الوطنية لمنع أنماط السلوك العنيفة داخل الأسرة وفي المجتمع وأن تتخذ تدابير شاملة تتيح لهن فرص التمتع فوراً بالحماية والملجأ والمساعدة القانونية.
