These meetings contributed to the consolidation of the positions of multilateral environmental agreements in their presentations to the Committee on Trade and Environment of the World Trade Organization (WTO) on 5 July 2000.
وقد ساهمت هذه الاجتماعات في توطيد مواقف الاتفاقات البيئية متعددة الأطراف وذلك في تقاريرها المقدمة إلى اللجنة المعنية بالتجارة والبيئة التابعة لمنظمة التجارة العالمية في 5 تموز/يوليه 2000.

The Conference of the Parties will consider a report by the Secretariat on its activities aimed at strengthening cooperation and coordination with other international and regional organizations and multilateral environmental agreements, including its efforts to seek observer status in the Committee on Trade and Environment of the World Trade Organization.
39 - سينظر مؤتمر الأطراف في تقرير تقدمه الأمانة عن أنشطتها الرامية إلى تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق مع المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية والاتفاقات البيئية المتعددة الأطراف، بما في ذلك الجهود التي تبذلها للحصول على مركز مراقب في لجنة التجارة والبيئة التابعة لمنظمة التجارة العالمية.
