Steps were being taken to boost business, reduce government expenditures and strengthen the role of science and new technologies in the economy. However, a substantial foreign debt, a significant balance of payment deficit and high unemployment continued to hamper economic growth and stability.
وقد اعتُمدت تدابير لتشجيع المشاريع وخفض الإنفاق العام، ودعم وظيفة العلم والتكنولوجيات الجديدة في الاقتصاد، رغم أن النمو والاستقرار ما زالا يصطدمان بالدين الخارجي وعجز ميزان المدفوعات وارتفاع معدل البطالة.

Questions on preventing the misuse of digital media and new technologies in the abuse and exploitation of children, including through education and awareness-raising, situational prevention and technical prevention, might include the following:
10- يمكن أن تشمل الأسئلة المتعلقة بتدابير منع إساءة استخدام وسائط الإعلام الرقمية والتكنولوجيات الجديدة في التعدِّي على الأطفال واستغلالهم، بوسائل منها التثقيف وإذكاء الوعي والوقاية الظرفية والوقاية التقنية، ما يلي:

(i) Preventing the misuse of digital media and new technologies in the abuse and exploitation of children, including through education and awareness-raising (considering, as appropriate, cyber-ethics, cyber-safety and cyber-security in relation to children), situational prevention (targeted messages for children, service providers, etc.) and technical prevention (modifications to technologies to deter crime or facilitate enforcement);
`1` منع إساءة استخدام الوسائل الرقمية والتكنولوجيات الجديدة في التعدّي على الأطفال واستغلالهم، بوسائل منها التثقيف والتوعية (بالنظر، حسب الاقتضاء، في الأخلاقيات السيبرانية والأمان السيبراني والأمن السيبراني فيما يتعلق بالأطفال)، والوقاية الظرفية (الرسائل الموجهة للأطفال، ومتعهّدو الخدمات، وما إلى ذلك) والوقاية التقنية (تعديل التكنولوجيات لردع الجريمة أو تيسير إنفاذ القانون)؛
