Taking note with interest of general comments and general recommendations from treaty bodies that are relevant to the right of everyone to the attainment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health,
وإذ يحيط علماً باهتمام بالتعليقات والتوصيات العامة الصادرة عن هيئات المعاهدات والمتصلة بمسألة حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية،

It also requests the Government to continue to disseminate widely -- particularly to women's and human rights organizations -- the Convention, its Optional Protocol, the Committee's general recommendations, the Beijing Declaration and the Platform for Action.

As far as possible, States parties should make efforts to provide all data disaggregated by sex in all areas covered by the Convention and the general recommendations of the Committee.
وينبغي للدول اﻷطراف أن تبذل جميع الجهود الممكنة لتقديم جميع البيانات موزعة حسب الجنس في جميع المجالات المشمولة بالاتفاقية والتوصيات العامة الصادرة عن اللجنة.

19. Urges States parties to comply fully with their obligations under the Convention and to take into consideration the concluding observations and general recommendations of the Committee;
19 - تحث الدول الأطراف على أن تمتثل امتثالا تاما لالتزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية وأن تأخذ في الاعتبار الملاحظات الختامية والتوصيات العامة الصادرة عن اللجنة؛

It further urges the State party to take additional measures to disseminate information about the Convention, the procedures under the Optional Protocol and the Committee's general recommendations, and to implement programmes for prosecutors, judges and lawyers that cover all relevant aspects of the Convention and the Optional Protocol.

19 - تحث الدول الأطراف على أن تمتثل امتثالا تاما لالتزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية وأن تأخذ في الاعتبار الملاحظات الختامية والتوصيات العامة الصادرة عن لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري؛

It calls upon the State party to accelerate its law review process and to work effectively with Parliament in ensuring that all discriminatory legislation is amended or repealed to bring it into compliance with the Convention and the Committee's general recommendations.
وهي تهيب بالدولة الطرف أن تعجل بعملية استعراض قوانينها وأن تتعاون تعاونا فعالا مع البرلمان من أجل كفالة تعديل أو إلغاء كافة التشريعات التي تنطوي على التمييز حتى تتماشى مع الاتفاقية والتوصيات العامة الصادرة عن للجنة.

These include a book on the interpretation of international human rights standards: observations and general recommendations of United Nations international human rights treatymonitoring bodies, the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, and a new publication in the thematic series on the rights of indigenous peoples.

3. Suggestions and general recommendations of the Committee, referred to in paragraph 1, shall be reported to the General Assembly, together with comments, if any, from States parties.
