9. As provided by General Assembly resolution 48/263 and the 1994 Agreement itself, the provisions of the 1994 Agreement and Part XI of the Convention are to be interpreted and applied together as a single instrument.
٩ - ووفقاً لما هو منصوص عليه في قرار الجمعية العامة 48/263 وفي اتفاق عام 1994 نفسه، ينبغي تفسير وتطبيق أحكام اتفاق عام 1994 والجزء الحادي عشر من الاتفاقية معا بوصفهما صكا واحدا.

In accordance with the Agreement, its provisions and Part XI of the Convention are to be interpreted and applied together as a single instrument; this Protocol and references in this Protocol to the Convention are to be interpreted and applied accordingly;
ووفقا لهذا الاتفاق، يجري تفسير وتطبيق أحكامه والجزء الحادي عشر من الاتفاقية معا كصك وحيد؛ كما يجري على هذا النحو تفسير وتطبيق هذا البروتوكول واﻹشارات الواردة فيه إلى الاتفاقية؛
