By paragraph 12 of the guidelines, all States are requested to report to the Committee any information relating to possible violations of the arms and related sanctions against Iraq.
ومطلوب من كل الدول، بموجب الفقرة ١٢ من المبادئ التوجيهية، أن تبلغ اللجنة بأية معلومات تتعلق بما يمكن أن يكون قد وقع من انتهاكات لحظر اﻷسلحة والجزاءات ذات الصلة المفروضة على العراق.

3. Under paragraph 12 of the guidelines, all States are requested to report to the Committee any information that may have come to their attention relating to possible violations by other States or foreign nationals of the arms and related sanctions against Iraq.
٣ - وبموجب الفقرة ١٢ من المبادئ التوجيهية، فإنه من المطلوب من جميع الدول أن تبلغ اللجنة بأي معلومات تكون قد نمت إلى علمها تتعلق بالانتهاكات المحتملة لدول أخرى أو مواطنين أجانب للجزاءات المتعلقة باﻷسلحة والجزاءات ذات الصلة المفروضة على العراق.

٣ - وبموجب الفقرة ١٢ من المبادئ التوجيهية، يطلب من جميع الدول أن تقدم تقريرا إلى اللجنة عن أية معلومات قد تصل إلى علمها بشأن إمكانية ارتكاب دول أخرى أو مواطنين أجانب لانتهاكات للجزاءات المتعلقة باﻷسلحة والجزاءات ذات الصلة المفروضة على العراق.

3. By paragraph 12 of the guidelines, all States are requested to report to the Committee any information that may have come to their attention relating to possible violations of the arms and related sanctions against Iraq committed by other States or foreign nationals.
٣ - وبمقتضى الفقرة ١٢ من المبادئ التوجيهية، يتعين على جميع الدول أن تبلغ اللجنة بأي معلومات قد تتناهى الى علمها تتصل بأي انتهاكات لﻷسلحة والجزاءات ذات الصلة المفروضة على العراق التي يحتمل أن تكون ارتكبتها دول أخرى أو رعايا أجانب.

2. Under paragraph 6, subparagraph (f), of the guidelines, the Committee is required to report at 90-day intervals to the Security Council on the implementation of the arms and related sanctions against Iraq contained in the relevant resolutions of the Security Council.
٢ - وبموجب الفقرة الفرعية )و( من الفقرة ٦ من المبادئ التوجيهية، فإنه من المطلوب من اللجنة أن تقدم تقريرا كل ٩٠ يوما إلى مجلس اﻷمن بشأن تنفيذ الجزاءات المتعلقة باﻷسلحة والجزاءات ذات الصلة المفروضة على العراق والواردة في قرارات مجلس اﻷمن ذات الصلة.

2. Under paragraph 6, subparagraph (f), of the guidelines, the Committee is required to report at 90-day intervals to the Security Council on the implementation of the arms and related sanctions against Iraq contained in the relevant resolutions of the Security Council.
2 - يُطلب من اللجنة بموجب الفقرة الفرعية (و) من الفقرة 6 من المبادئ التوجيهية، أن تقدم تقريراً إلى مجلس الأمن كل 90 يوماً عن تنفيذ الجزاءات المتعلقة بالأسلحة والجزاءات ذات الصلة المفروضة على العراق في قرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة.

27. Pursuant to paragraph 6 of the guidelines approved by the Security Council under resolution 700 (1991), the Committee submitted four reports (S/1995/169, S/1995/442, S/1995/744 and S/1995/992) in 1995 and two reports (S/1996/127 and S/1996/361) in 1996, at 90-day intervals, to the Council on the implementation of the arms embargo and related sanctions against Iraq.
٧٢ - وعملا بالفقرة ٦ من المبادئ التوجيهية التي وافق عليها مجلس اﻷمن بموجب القرار ٧٠٠ )١٩٩١(، قدمت اللجنة الى المجلس أربعة تقارير )S/1995/169، و S/1995/442، و S/1995/744، و S/1995/992( في عام ١٩٩٥ وتقريرين )S/1996/127، و S/1996/361( في عام ١٩٩٦، تفصل بين كل منها فترة ٩٠ يوما بشأن تنفيذ حظر اﻷسلحة والجزاءات ذات الصلة المفروضة على العراق.
