ووزِّع النص النهائي للاستبيان، بالصيغة التي وافق عليها المؤتمر، على الدول الأطراف في البروتوكول والدول الموقّعة عليه بغية الحصول على المعلومات المطلوبة وفقا لمقرر المؤتمر 2/5.

64. With a view to collecting information from States parties and signatories to the Protocol, the Secretariat drew up a draft questionnaire on its implementation (CTOC/COP/2004/L.1/Add.1), which was brought to the attention of the Conference for review and comment.
64- وبغية جمع معلومات من الدول الأطراف في البروتوكول والدول الموقّعة عليه وضعت الأمانة مشروع استبيان بشأن تنفيذه (CTOC/COP/2004/L.1/Add.1)، عرض على المؤتمر لاستعراضه والتعليق عليه.

The final text of the questionnaire, as approved by the Conference in accordance with its above-mentioned programme of work, was disseminated to States parties and signatories to the Protocol under cover of a note verbale dated 10 February 2006, with a view to obtaining the required information in accordance with decision 2/3.
ووُزِّع على الدول الأطراف في البروتوكول والدول الموقّعة عليه النص النهائي للاستبيان، كما اعتمده المؤتمر طبقا لبرنامج عمله المذكور أعلاه، طيّ مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة 10 شباط/فبراير 2006، بغية الحصول على المعلومات المطلوبة طبقا للمقرر 2/3.

80. With a view to collecting information from States parties and signatories to the Protocol during the second reporting cycle, the secretariat submitted a second draft questionnaire on its implementation (CTOC/COP/2005/L.9) to the Conference.
80- وسعيا إلى جمع المعلومات من الدول الأطراف في البروتوكول والدول الموقّعة عليه أثناء دورة الإبلاغ الثانية، قدّمت الأمانة إلى المؤتمر مشروع استبيان ثانيا بشأن تنفيذ البروتوكول (CTOC/COP/2005/L.9).
