Considering that the exchange of national legislation, regulations and procedures on the transfer of arms, military equipment and dual-use goods and technology contributes to mutual understanding and confidence among Member States,
وإذ تـرى أن تبادل التشريعات والأنظمة والإجراءات الوطنية المتعلقة بنقل الأسلحة والمعدات العسكرية والسلع والتكنولوجيا ذات الاستخدام المزدوج يسهم في إيجاد تفاهم وثقة متبادلين فيما بين الدول الأعضاء،

Under these measures, exportation to Iran of all items, materials, equipment, goods and technology specified in paragraph 13 of the resolution continues to be subject to licensing by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.
وبموجب هذه التدابير، فإن تصدير جميع الأصناف والمواد والمعدات والسلع والتكنولوجيا إلى إيران، مما هو محدد في الفقرة 13 من القرار، يظل خاضعا للحصول على ترخيص من وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة والصناعة.
