وتأذن الفقرة 8 من منطوق هذا القرار لفريق الخبراء بأن يواصل عمله، في إطار ولايته، بغية تقديم تقرير عن تقدُّمه في عمله إلى لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها الثانية والعشرين في عام 2013.

20. Requests the Secretary-General to ensure proper follow-up to the present resolution and to report thereon to the General Assembly through the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its twenty-second session.

The present report is submitted to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its twenty-second session, pursuant to Economic and Social Council decision 2012/238.
1- يُقدَّم هذا التقرير إلى لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها الثانية والعشرين عملا بمقرر المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2012/238.

The conclusions and recommendations of the intergovernmental expert group on this issue will need to reconcile the diverging views of Member States with a view to reaching consensus on how to proceed with the model treaty and make proposals to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its twenty-second session.
ومن الضروري أن توفِّق استنتاجات فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي وتوصياته بشأن هذه المسألة بين آراء الدول الأعضاء المتباينة للتوصل إلى توافق في الآراء حول كيفية المضي قُدُماً فيما يخص المعاهدة وتقديم مقترحات إلى لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها الثانية والعشرين.

Requests the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime to make available to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its twenty-second session the report to be prepared by the Office in cooperation with the National Institute of Statistics and Geography of Mexico for consideration by the Statistical Commission at its forty-fourth session;
