17. Encourages organizations of persons with disabilities, national monitoring bodies and human rights institutions to participate actively in the debate referred to in paragraph 15 above, as well as in regular and special sessions of the Human Rights Council and its working groups;
17- يشجّع منظمات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وهيئات الرصد الوطنية والمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان على المشاركة بنشاط في المناقشة المشار إليها في الفقرة 15 أعلاه، وكذلك المشاركة في الدورات العادية والاستثنائية التي يعقدها مجلس حقوق الإنسان وأفرقته العاملة؛

23. Encourages all States and national human rights institutions to continue to take appropriate steps to promote the exchange of information and experience concerning the establishment and effective operation of national institutions;
23- يشجع جميع الدول والمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان على مواصلة اتخاذ الخطوات الكفيلة بزيادة تبادل المعلومات والخبرات المتعلقة بإنشاء المؤسسات الوطنية وإدارتها على نحو فعال؛

21- يشجع مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان والمقررة الخاصة المعنية بحالة المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان والآليات الإقليمية ذات الصلة والمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان على عرض مساعدتها على الدول في جعل تشريعاتها وتطبيقها وفق القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان؛

26. Encourages all States and national human rights institutions to continue to take appropriate steps to promote cooperation, the exchange of information, the sharing of experience and the dissemination of best practices concerning the establishment and effective operation of national institutions;
26- يشجع جميع الدول والمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان على مواصلة اتخاذ الخطوات المناسبة لتعزيز التعاون وتبادل المعلومات وتقاسم الخبرات ونشر أفضل الممارسات في مجال إنشاء المؤسسات الوطنية وإدارتها على نحو فعال؛

2. Encourages all States, relevant United Nations agencies, programmes and funds, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations and national human rights institutions to cooperate fully with the Office of the High Commissioner by providing relevant information for the preparation of the report on conscientious objection to military service;
2- يشجع جميع الدول ووكالات الأمم المتحدة وبرامجها وصناديقها ذات الصلة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية والمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان على التعاون التام مع مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان بأن تقدم لها معلومات مفيدة لإعداد التقرير عن الاستنكاف الضميري من الخدمة العسكرية؛

27.
