The Council reminds all States of their obligation to comply with the embargo on all deliveries of weapons and military equipment to Liberia imposed by resolution 788 (1992).
ويذكر المجلس كل الدول بأنها ملتزمة بالامتثال للحظر المفروض على كافة شحنات اﻷسلحة والمعدات العسكرية الى ليبريا بموجب القرار ٧٨٨ )١٩٩٢(.

1. By its resolution 788 (1992) of 19 November 1992, the Security Council, acting under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, imposed a general and complete embargo on all deliveries of weapons and military equipment to Liberia.
١ - فرض مجلس اﻷمن، بقراره ٧٨٨ )١٩٩٢( المؤرخ ١٩ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٢ وبموجب الفصل السابع من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، حظرا عاما وكاملا على جميمع شحنات اﻷسلحة والمعدات العسكرية الى ليبريا.

6. Reaffirms the obligations of States to implement fully the embargo on all deliveries of weapons and military equipment to Somalia imposed by paragraph 5 of resolution 733 (1992);
٦ - يؤكد من جديد التزامات الدول بأن تنفذ على الوجه التام الحظر المفروض بموجب الفقرة ٥ من القرار ٧٣٣ )١٩٩٢( على توريد أي نوع من أنواع اﻷسلحة والمعدات العسكرية الى الصومال؛

The Committee established pursuant to resolution 985 (1995) is mandated to ensure the effective implementation of the general and complete embargo, imposed by resolution 788 (1992), on all deliveries of weapons and military equipment to Liberia.

Its military tasks are to: investigate all reports on alleged incidents of violations of the cease-fire agreement; monitor compliance with other elements of the Peace Agreement, including at points on Liberia's borders, and, in particular, assist in the monitoring of compliance with the embargo on delivery of arms and military equipment to Liberia, and monitor the cantonment, disarmament and demobilization of combatants.

" (a) Requests all States to report to the Secretary-General within 20 days on the measures they have instituted for meeting the obligations set out in paragraph 6 of resolution 713 (1991) to implement a general and complete embargo on all deliveries of weapons and military equipment to Yugoslavia;

With respect to the obligations of States to comply fully with the embargo on all shipments of arms and military equipment to Angola imposed in paragraph 19 of resolution 864 (1993), the Venezuelan Government reports that the Venezuelan military industry does not export any military matériel to Angola or to any other country.
وفيما يخص التزامات الدول حيال التنفيذ الكامل لحظر جميع أشكال بيع أو توريد اﻷسلحة والمعدات العسكرية الى أنغولا، وهو الحظر المفروض بموجب الفقرة ١٩ من قرار مجلس اﻷمن ٨٦٤ )١٩٩٣(، فان حكومة فنزويلا تود أن تحيطكم علما بأن قطاع الصناعة العسكرية الفنزويلية لا يقوم بتصدير معدات عسكرية الى أنغولا أو الى أي بلد آخر.

7. Further stresses the obligation of all States to comply strictly with the embargo on the deliveries of weapons and military equipment to Liberia imposed by resolution 788 (1992) of 19 November 1992, to take all actions necessary to ensure strict implementation of the embargo, and to bring all instances of the violations of the embargo before the Committee established pursuant to resolution 985 (1995) of 13 April 1995;
٧ - يؤكد كذلك التزام جميع الدول بالامتثال الدقيق للحظر المفروض على عمليات توريد اﻷسلحة والمعدات العسكرية الى ليبريا بموجب القرار ٧٨٨ )١٩٩٢( المؤرخ ١٩ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٢، وباتخاذ جميع اﻹجــراءات اللازمة لكفالة التنفيذ الصارم للحظر، وبإبلاغ اللجنة المنشأة عملا بالقرار ٩٨٥ )١٩٩٥( المؤرخ ١٣ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٥ بجميع حالات انتهاك الحظر؛
