Taking note of the analysis framework developed by the Office of the Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide as one of the tools to assess the risk of genocide in any situation, and encouraging Member States and regional and subregional organizations to use relevant frameworks, as appropriate, for guidance in their prevention work,
وإذ يحيط علماً بالإطار التحليلي الذي وضعه مكتب المستشار الخاص المعني بمنع الإبادة الجماعية بوصفه إحدى أدوات تقدير مخاطر حدوث إبادة جماعية في أي حالة من الحالات، وإذ يشجع الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية على استخدام أطر مناسبة، بحسب الاقتضاء، لتوجيه عملها في مجال منع الإبادة،

4. Urges, in that regard, donor countries and regional and subregional organizations to continue to contribute to the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Somalia, which is of fundamental importance, in particular through the mechanism of the rapid assistance programme and efforts coordinated by the United Nations;
4 - تحث، في هذا الصدد، البلدان المانحة والمنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية على مواصلة المساهمة في تعمير وتأهيل الصومال، وهو أمر بالغ الأهمية، وبخاصة عن طريق آلية برنامج المساعدة السريعة والجهود التي تنسقها الأمم المتحدة؛

7. Encourages Member States and regional and subregional organizations to promote equal, full and effective participation of women in all forums and at all levels of the peaceful settlement of disputes, conflict prevention and resolution, particularly the decision-making level;

13. Encourages the United Nations and regional and subregional organizations to regularly hold dialogues on mediation upon mutually agreed agendas, exchange views, information and lessons learned and improve cooperation, coordination, coherence and complementarity in specific mediation contexts, in accordance with agreed mandates and as appropriate;
١٣ - تشجع الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية على عقد حوارات منتظمة بشأن الوساطة بناء على جداول أعمال تتفق عليها فيما بينها، وتبادل الآراء والمعلومات والدروس المستفادة، وتحسين التعاون والتنسيق والاتساق والتكامل في سياقات وساطة محددة، وفقا للولايات المتفق عليها، وحسب الاقتضاء؛

(أ) زيادة قدرات منظومة الأمم المتحدة والدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية على تحديد مخاطر وقوع جريمة الإبادة الجماعية وجرائم الحرب والتطهير العرقي والجرائم المرتكبة ضد الإنسانية ومنع تلك المخاطر أو التخفيف منها نتيجة لما يقدمه المستشاران الخاصان من تدريب ومساعدة تقنية

" The Council further encourages the United Nations and regional and subregional organizations to establish consultative processes to ensure that peace settlements and agreements mediated by these organizations include commitments by the parties to the conflict to concerted action in different areas of peace-building, and stresses the need to identify such areas at early stages of the negotiation of peace agreements.
" ويشجع المجلس كذلك الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية على إقامة عمليات استشارية لكفالة أن تتضمن التسويات والاتفاقات السلمية، التي تقوم فيها هذه المنظمات بدور الوسيط، على التزامات من جانب أطراف الصراع باتخاذ إجراءات متضافرة في مختلف مجالات بناء السلام، ويشدد على ضرورة تحديد هذه المجالات في مراحل مبكرة من عملية التفاوض بشأن اتفاقات السلام.

(a) Adopted the System of National Accounts, 2008, volume 2, which, combined with volume 1, provides the international statistical standard for national accounts, and encouraged Member States and regional and subregional organizations to implement the standard and use it for the national and international reporting of national accounts statistics;
(أ) اعتمدت المجلد 2 من نظام الحسابات القومية لعام 2008 الذي يقدم، بالتلازم مع المجلد 1، المعيار الدولي لإحصاءات الحسابات القومية، وشجعت الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية على تنفيذ المعيار واستخدامه في الإبلاغ عن إحصاءات الحسابات القومية على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي؛

5. Also encourages Member States, as well as the United Nations and regional and subregional organizations, to increase the awareness on the importance of mediation, as appropriate, through, inter alia, the organization of conferences, seminars and workshops, and in this regard welcomes regional initiatives to strengthen mediation in their regions, such as the " Mediation in the Mediterranean Initiative " ;
٥ - تشجع أيضا الدول الأعضاء، فضلا عن الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية على زيادة الإلمام بأهمية الوساطة، حسب الاقتضاء، من خلال جملة أمور، منها تنظيم المؤتمرات والحلقات الدراسية وحلقات العمل، وترحب في هذا الصدد بالمبادرات الإقليمية الرامية إلى تعزيز الوساطة في مناطقها، من قبيل الوساطة في مبادرة البحر الأبيض المتوسط؛
