These activities were undertaken with the cooperation of specialized agencies, United Nations programmes and relevant intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations.
واضطُلع بهذه اﻷنشطة بالتعاون مع الوكالات المتخصصة وبرامج اﻷمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغير الحكومية المعنية.

3. The Special Rapporteur periodically solicits information from all Governments, competent United Nations organs, specialized agencies and other intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations concerned.
٣- ويلتمس المقرر الخاص بصفة دورية معلومات من جميع الحكومات وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة المختصة والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغير الحكومية المعنية اﻷخرى.

Mr. Zhong Shukong added firstly that draft conventions were a very serious undertaking and would be legally binding and therefore the views of all Member States should be solicited and secondly that the draft convention should now be transmitted to the Commission on Human Rights for comments by member States and relevant intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations.
وأضاف السيد زونغ شوكونغ قائلاً أولاً إن مشاريع الاتفاقيات مشاريع جدية للغاية وستكون ملزمة قانونياً ومن ثم ينبغي أن تلتمس آراء كافة الدول اﻷعضاء، ثانياً، ينبغي أن تحال مشاريع الاتفاقية اﻵن إلى لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان لالتماس تعليقات الدول اﻷعضاء والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغير الحكومية المعنية.
