The financial implications of the decisions for the proposed programme budget of the United Nations and the proposed budgets of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia for the biennium 2012-2013 have been estimated at $1,138,200, $215,200 and $13,600, respectively.

The estimated financial implications of the recommendation for the proposed programme budget of the United Nations and the proposed budgets of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia for the biennium 2010-2011, as contained in the Secretary-General's statement (A/64/358), were based on past trends and might therefore be subject to change.

The financial implications of the recommendation with respect to an overall increase of 2.5 per cent for the mobility and hardship scheme for the proposed programme budget of the United Nations and the proposed budgets of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia for the biennium 2012-2013 have been estimated at $1,138,200, $215,200 and $13,600, respectively.

(b) Requirements for the proposed programme budget of the United Nations and the proposed budgets of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia for the biennium 2012-2013 will be reflected in the corresponding proposed budget estimates for the biennium 2012-2013 prior to determination of the appropriations to be adopted by the General Assembly in December 2011;
