Invites Member States, the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs of the Secretariat, relevant entities of the United Nations system, and intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, including the Independent Bureau for Humanitarian Issues, to reinforce activities and cooperation so as to continue to develop an agenda for humanitarian action;
11 - تدعو الدول الأعضاء ومكتب منسق الشؤون الإنسانية بالأمانة العامة، والهيئات المختصة في منظومة الأمم المتحدة، والمنظمـــات الحكوميــــة الدولية وغير الحكومية، لا سيما المكتب المستقل للقضايا الإنسانية، إلى تعزيز الأنشطة والتعاون من أجل مواصلة إعداد برنامج للأعمال الإنسانية؛

31. Reiterates its call to all Governments, intergovernmental organizations and relevant organizations of the United Nations, as well as nongovernmental organizations, to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur;
31- تكرر طلبها إلى جميع الحكومات والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والهيئات المختصة في منظومة الأمم المتحدة وكذلك المنظمات غير الحكومية أن تتعاون تعاونا تاما مع المقرر الخاص؛
