The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities extends the meaning of article 27.
وإعلان اﻷمم المتحدة لحقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين الى أقليات قومية أو إثنية والى أقليات دينية ولغوية يوسع معنى المادة ٧٢ .

4. Referring to the question of minorities, he said that, in 1992, the General Assembly had adopted the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities.
٤ - وذكر السيد فول فيما يتعلق بمسألة اﻷقليات، أن الجمعية العامة قد اعتمدت، في عام ١٩٩٢، اعلان حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين الى أقليات قومية أو اثنية والى أقليات دينية ولغوية.

59. The Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities was adopted by the General Assembly in its resolution 47/135 of 18 December 1992.
٥٩ - واعتمدت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٤٧/١٣٥ المؤرخ ١٨ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٢، اﻹعلان المتعلق بحقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين الى أقليات قومية أو اثنية والى أقليات دينية ولغوية.

33. Protecting the rights of persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities is an imperative deriving from the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action.

Considering that the promotion and protection of the rights of persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities contribute to political and social stability and peace and enrich the cultural heritage of society as a whole of the States in which such persons live,

4. Appeals to States to make bilateral and multilateral efforts, as appropriate, in order to protect the rights of persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities in their countries, in accordance with the Declaration;
٤ - تناشد الدول بذل جهود ثنائية ومتعددة اﻷطراف، حسب الاقتضاء، من أجل حماية حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين الى أقليات قومية أو إثنية والى أقليات دينية ولغوية في بلدانهم، وفقا لﻹعلان؛

75. During 1995, the Minority Rights Group continued to promote understanding of the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National, or Ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities by producing educational material, developing concepts and understanding of minority rights at regional and international levels and by cooperating on specific projects.
٥٧- وواصل فريق حقوق اﻷقليات، في عام ٥٩٩١، عملية تعزيز تفهم الاعلان المتعلق بحقوق الاشخاص المنتمين الى أقليات قومية أو إثنية والى أقليات دينية ولغوية. من خلال اعداد مواد تربوية تنمي المفاهيم الخاصة بحقوق اﻷقليات وتفهمها على الصعيدين الاقليمي والدولي، والتعاون في إطار مشاريع معينة.

3 (a) Reviewing the promotion and practical realization of the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities

٣)ج( التوصيــة بمزيــد من التدابير، حسب الاقتضاء، لتعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين الى أقليات قومية أو إثنية والى أقليات دينية ولغوية

The General Assembly in its resolution 49/192 and the Commission on Human Rights in its resolution 1995/24 have focused on giving effect to the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities.
وقد ركزت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٩٤/٢٩١ ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في قرارها ٥٩٩١/٤٢ على إنفاذ إعلان حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين الى أقليات قومية أو إثنية والى أقليات دينية ولغوية.

The provisional agenda for the fourth session of the Working Group contained in document E/CN.4/Sub.2/AC.5/1998/1 includes items on the promotion of the rights of persons belonging to minorities as set out in the Declaration GE.98—11205 (E) page on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities.

31. Several Governments and indigenous organizations pointed out that the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities did not contain a definition and that that was not considered an obstacle at the time of adoption.
١٣- وأشارت عدة حكومات ومنظمات شعوب أصلية الى أن إعلان اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين الى أقليات قومية أو إثنية والى أقليات دينية ولغوية لا يتضمن تعريفاً ولكن ذلك لم يشكل عقبة وقت اعتماد اﻹعلان.
