1. The States parties to the present Covenant recognize the right of everyone to an adequate standard of living for himself and his family, including adequate food, clothing and housing, and to the continuous improvement of living conditions.
1- تقر الدول الأطراف في هذا العهد بحق كل شخص في مستوى معيشي كافٍ لـه ولأسرته، يوفر ما يفي بحاجتهم من الغذاء والكساء والمأوى، وبحقه في تحسين متواصل لظروفه المعيشية.

Likewise, the right of everyone to an adequate standard of living, including adequate food, clothing and housing, and to the continuous improvement of living conditions, as set out in article 11 of the Covenant, can be considered as another basic element of a more just society.
وكذلك، فإن حق كل شخص في مستوى معيشي ملائم يوفر ما يفي بحاجته من الغذاء والكساء والمأوى، وبحقه في تحسين أوضاعه المعيشية باستمرار، على نحو ما تنص عليه المادة ١١ من العهد، يمكن اعتباره عنصراً أساسياً آخر من أجل إيجاد مجتمع أكثر عدالة.

(e) Rule 110.4, Due process, is amended to specify that a staff member shall be notified in writing of the allegations against him or her and of the right to seek the assistance of counsel at his or her own expense;
(هـ) تعدل القاعدة 110-4، الأصول الإجرائية السليمة، للنص على وجوب إبلاغ الموظف كتابةً بالادعاءات الموجهة ضده وبحقه في التماس مساعدة محام على نفقته الخاصة؛

(c) Rule 210.1, Disciplinary measures, is amended to specify that a staff member shall be notified in writing of the allegations against him or her and of the right to seek the assistance of counsel at his or her own expense.
(ج) تُعدل القاعدة 210/1، التدابير التأديبية، للنص على وجوب إبلاغ الموظف كتابة بالادعاءات الموجهة ضده وبحقه في التماس مساعدة محام على نفقته الخاصة.

During the interrogation he was informed of his right not to testify against himself and his right to file the pertinent motions.
وخلال الاستجواب، أُخبر بحقه في عدم الشهادة ضد نفسه وبحقه في توجيه التماسات ذات صلة بموضوع القضية.

The Committee is also concerned that, in practice, law enforcement officials, in particular the preventive police, often do not respect fundamental legal safeguards, such as to promptly inform the detainee of the reason for arrest, the right of a detainee to access a lawyer and to access an examination by an independent doctor within 24 hours of detention and the right to contact his or her family.
وتَشعر اللجنة بالقلق كذلك لأن الموظفين المكلفين بإنفاذ القانون، وخاصة عناصر الشرطة الوقائية، كثيراً ما يخرقون الضمانات القانونية الأساسية في الواقع العملي، كإعلام الشخص المحتجز سريعاً بسبب توقيفه وبحقه في الاتصال بمحام وفي الخضوع لفحص طبي على يد طبيب مستقل خلال الأربع وعشرين ساعة الأولى بعد الاحتجاز وبحقه في الاتصال بأسرته.

In article 11, paragraph 1, States parties recognize " the right of everyone to an adequate standard of living for himself and his family, including adequate food, clothing and housing, and to the continuous improvement of living conditions " .
ففي الفقرة 1 من المادة 11 منه، تقر الدول الأطراف " بحق كل شخص في مستوى معيشي كاف لـه ولأسرته، يوفر ما يفي بحاجتهم من الغذاء والكساء والمأوى، وبحقه في تحسين متواصل لظروفه المعيشية " .

وإذ يذكر بحق كل فرد في مستوى معيشة ملائم له ولأسرته، يوفر ما يفي بحاجتهم من الغذاء والكساء والمأوى، وبحقه في تحسين متواصل لظروفه المعيشية، على نحو ما جاء في المادة 11 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية،

25- ويقر العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية بحق كل فرد في مستوى معيشة لائق يوفر ما يفي بحاجته من الغذاء والكساء والمأوى، وبحقه في تحسين متواصل لظروفه المعيشية().

32. International human rights instruments require that States parties recognize the right of everyone to an adequate standard of living, including adequate food, clothing and housing, and to the continuous improvement of living conditions.
32 - وتطلب الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان من الدول الأطراف الاعتراف بحق كل إنسان في مستوى معيشي لائق، يفي بحاجته من الغذاء والكساء والمأوى، وبحقه في مواصلة تحسين أحواله المعيشية().

Staff rule 310.1 (d), Disciplinary measures, is amended to specify that a staff member shall be notified in writing of the allegations against him or her and of the right to seek the assistance of counsel at his or her own expense.
القاعدة 310-1 (د) من النظام الإداري، التدابير التأديبية، تعدل النص على وجوب إبلاغ الموظف كتابة بالادعاءات الموجهة ضده وبحقه في التماس مساعدة محام للدفاع عنه، على نفقته الخاصة.

(a) No disciplinary proceedings may be instituted against a staff member unless he or she has been formally notified of the allegations against him or her and of the right to seek the assistance of counsel in his or her defence, and has been given a reasonable opportunity to respond to those allegations.
)أ( لا يجوز تحريك أية إجراءات تأديبية ضد الموظف إلا إذا أبلغ الموظف رسميا بالادعاءات الموجهة ضده، وبحقه في التماس المساعدة من محام دفاعا عنه، وأعطيت له مهلة معقولة للرد على الادعاءات؛

(d) No disciplinary proceedings may be instituted unless the staff member has been formally notified of the allegations against him or her and of the right to seek the assistance of counsel in his or her defence and has been given a reasonable opportunity to respond to the allegations.
(د) لا يجوز تحريك أية إجراءات تأديبية ضد الموظف إلا إذا أُبلغ الموظف بالادعاءات الموجهة ضده، وبحقه في التماس مساعدة محام للدفاع عنه، وأعطيت له مهلة معقولة للرد على الادعاءات.

إبلاغ الشخص المعني بهذا اﻹجراء وبحقه في أن يعرض نفسه على طبيب ليفحصه؛

Recognizing the right of everyone to a nationality and the right not to be arbitrarily deprived of one's nationality,
إذ تسلم بحق كل شخص في أن تكون له جنسية وبحقه في ألا يحرم من جنسيته تعسفاً،

(a) The staff member must be informed of allegations made against him or her, and of his or her right to respond to those allegations;
(أ) يجب أن يبلغ الموظف بالادعاءات الموجهة ضده، وبحقه في الرد على تلك الادعاءات؛
