“A penalty of imprisonment for one month to three years, together with a fine of 5 to 50 dinars, shall be imposed on anyone who panders or attempts to pander:

Under article 3 of the same Act, any person who takes women out of the country for the purpose of trafficking and prostituting them is punished with imprisonment of not less than one year and not more than five years and a fine of 1,000 to 5,000 Syrian pounds.

83- ويُعاقَب على التعذيب بالسجن من عشر سنوات إلى عشرين سنة وبغرامة من 000 150 دينار جزائري إلى 000 800 دينار جزائري إذا سبقت التعذيب أو صاحبته أو لحقته جريمة أخرى غير جريمة القتل.

85. Any public servant who agrees to or overlooks the acts referred to in article 263 bis of this law shall be liable to a penalty of between 5 and 10 years' imprisonment and a fine of between DA 100,000 and DA 500,000.

Article 480 of the Criminal Law provides for a penalty of one month to one year in prison or a fine of 200 to 1,000 dirhams, or both, for a person who intentionally fails to pay the maintenance determined by a final or interim court decision to a wife or a dependent child or parent at the prescribed time.

114. Article 5: Any person who brings or facilitates the entry of a person into the Arab Republic of Egypt in order to commit immoral acts or prostitution shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term of not less than 1 year and not more than 5 years and by a fine of LE 100 to LE 500.
115- المادة 5: يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة ولا تزيد على خمس سنوات وبغرامة من مائة جنيه إلى خمسمائة جنيه كل من أدخل إلى الجمهورية العربية المتحدة شخصاً أو سهل له دخولها لارتكاب الفجور أو الدعارة.
