The Committee considers that special measures through legislation and policies for the protection of indigenous children should be undertaken in consultation with the communities concerned and with the participation of children in the consultation process, as provided for by article 12 of the Convention.
وترى أنه ينبغي اتخاذ تدابير خاصة من خلال التشريعات والسياسات لحماية أطفال هذه الشعوب بالتشاور مع الشعوب المعنية() وبمشاركة الأطفال على نحو ما نصت عليه المادة 12 من الاتفاقية.

(b) Use the recommendations of the Study as a tool for action in partnership with civil society and, in particular, with the involvement of children to ensure that all children are protected from all forms of physical, sexual and psychological violence and to gain momentum for concrete and time-bound actions to prevent and respond to such violence and abuse;
(ب) استخدام توصيات الدراسة أداةً للعمل بالشراكة مع المجتمع المدني، وبمشاركة الأطفال على وجه الخصوص، لضمان حماية جميع الأطفال من كل أشكال العنف البدني والجنسي والنفسي، ولاكتساب الزخم اللازم لاتخاذ إجراءات عملية ومحددة زمنياً لمنع ممارسات العنف والاعتداء والتصدي لها؛
