5. Encourages Member States to introduce draft resolutions on related or complementary issues to find commonalities in the language and purpose of those draft resolutions, and invites Member States to consider pursuing mergers of such texts through consultations with all sponsors;

Recognizes the revision of the Statutes of the Intergovernmental Committee for Promoting the Return of Cultural Property to its Countries of Origin or its Restitution in Case of Illicit Appropriation to include mediation and conciliation processes, and invites Member States to consider the possibility of using such processes as appropriate;
14 - تسلم بتنقيح النظام الأساسي للجنة الحكومية الدولية لتشجيع إعادة الممتلكات الثقافية إلى بلدانها الأصلية أو ردها في حالة امتلاكها بصورة غير مشروعة بحيث تشمل عمليات الوساطة والمصالحة، وتدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى النظر في إمكانية استخدام هذه العمليات عند الاقتضاء؛

9. Requests the Secretary-General to continue to ensure that the precursor programmes of the International Narcotics Control Board are adequately funded, and invites Member States to consider providing additional support to the precursor programmes in the form of provision of cost-free expertise and extrabudgetary funds.
