Urges States parties to the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988 to apply fully the provisions of that Convention, in particular with regard to the laundering of assets derived from drug trafficking, and invites Member States that have not yet done so to consider taking measures to ratify or accede to the Convention;
1- تحثّ الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع في المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية لسنة 1988() على تطبيق أحكام تلك الاتفاقية تطبيقا تاما وخصوصا فيما يتعلق بغسل الموجودات المالية المتأتّية من الاتجار بالمخدرات، وتدعو الدول الأعضاء التي لم تصدّق على تلك الاتفاقية أو لم تنضم إليها بعدُ إلى أن تنظر في اتخاذ تدابير لفعل ذلك؛

2. Invites States parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the United Nations Convention against Corruption to apply fully the provisions of those conventions, in particular with a view to countering money-laundering, and invites Member States that have not yet done so to consider taking measures to ratify or accede to those conventions;
2- تدعو الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية() واتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد إلى تطبيق أحكام هاتين الاتفاقيتين تطبيقا تاما،() وخصوصا بهدف مكافحة غسل الأموال، وتدعو الدول الأعضاء التي لم تصدّق على هاتين الاتفاقيتين أو لم تنضم إليهما بعدُ إلى أن تنظر في اتخاذ تدابير لفعل ذلك؛

Reaffirms the importance of the Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property,3 as well as the Convention on Stolen or Illegally Exported Cultural Objects of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law,5 and of their implementation, and invites Member States that have not already done so to consider becoming parties to these Conventions;
